The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful. The rooms were very modern, chic, and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. The breakfast was lovely. The location is very convenient---close to the main funicular and the subway. On a very lively (i.e. crowded) shopping street.

A bit difficult to find, and the entrance might put some people off---it's on the second floor of an old building and the ground floor is certainly not glamourous. The rooms, which are very pretty, overlook the Galleria, so if you are as sensitive to noise as I am, you might want to bring a pair of earplugs with you.

We got a single room each, which are located behind reception. Whilst I have some small things that could be improved, overall you cannot beat this location. The rooms overlook the iconic dome and piazza. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately being behind reception you do get noise carry through to the room, and noise from the large piazza downstairs. I had some noisy children in the adjacent room so I was woken up a few times. Overall it’s good value for money, the staff are very helpful and suprisingly the breakfast was fantastic.

The staff was amazing, we were a relatively big group of 11 people, including children, making quite a mess, and still everyone (the receptionist, the breakfast crew and the cleaners) were perfectly patient with us, always smiling, polite and very helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The location is perfect, close to all main touristic places, and to public transportation. The hotel is in a great location in the Galleria Umberto. It’s easy to walk to many bars, restaurants and sights. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable with good amenities. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are very attentive.

It’s a little bit noisy in the evening from people in the galleria below and from the streets outside.

The hotel is close to many locations of interest, restaurants, shops etc. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive, always welcoming us back with a smile. The hotel can be a little hard to find as you enter through an area closed for pedestrians. our taxi driver wasn’t sure where to drop us off. But once we oriented ourselves we found our way. The hotel is on the first floor of the building but there’s an elevator. it requires 10 cents to operate but it worked just fine. Was our favorite hotel experience during our travels.

A minor thing - the hotel is in a busy area, and our room window faced the galleria. so there was some noise at night from the cafes below. But we were able to rest just fine. For light sleepers it could be a problem.

The hotel locates on the first floor (not ground floor) of historical building, so there is no direct access to the hotel from the street. You have to call interfone every time you want to get in, and then go upstairs. The hairdryer was too noisy.

Location is great, very close to the centre of Naples. Clean, comfy, airco worked well. Nice smelling shower gels. Our room window looked out into the galleria Umberto which was pretty cool! Breakfast is typical Italian breakfast which is fine for us. That the lift up to the hotel requires a 10 cent coin to operate is a hilarious relic but I do wonder how many non European tourists will have a ten cent coin to hand…. Not a problem for us to take the stairs though. Staff were friendly.

location is great - within minutes walk to the most beautiful parts of Naples by the sea, and the room has state of the art facilities; breakfast also exceeded my expectations for a small boutique hotel. Most importantly, the staff are exceptional - Fabio is superbly courteous and professional - nothing is too much trouble and he goes out of his way to help; also gave great recommendations on dinner options for my two-night stay. Martina and others are also great - the service is really sets this hotel aside.

the TV in the room does not have an English speaking channel - but then again one is not supposed to watch tv in doors when in Naples

We had a wonderful stay at your Hotel. The central location is an absolute bonus. For sightseeing in Naples and for a magnificent choice of restaurants and cafes the position cannot be beaten.

Wifi in our room was not strong enough for laptop work but the dining/bar area was conveniently only a few steps away and very suitable and available 24/7

Excellent hotel & staff. Very warm welcome upon very early arrival: they promptly checked if the room was available and immediately offered coffee and something to eat. Spacious and very clean rooms. Perfect central location without any disturbance from the outside hustle. Discreet, very friendly, and helpful staff who do everything to make your stay perfect. Highly recommended!
