Proximity to a 24 hour grocery was a nice perk, and the views from the higher floors were nice. The staff was extra pleasant and accommodating.

They don’t have their Bar license yet.

It’s new and clean. Good space in the room. Connected to a mall with 24hr supermarket. Toiletries are of good quality. There’s an excellent restaurant called Mini Tanker in the mall , we had one of our best meals there.

The 2 double beds in the twin room is probably super single, not queen size. There’s some smell from the bed linen which the housekeeping promptly change for us. It could be linen or pillow that are not completely dried but I’m not sure. Staff not completely sure of the room facing. Located in a residential area, not so near city centre.

Pros: - Very spacious rooms and toilets, comfortable beds - Super clean rooms, the counter tops were pretty spotless, with hardly any dust (yep I checked) - Friendly staff - Breakfast had a good spread for a good price - Plenty of safe, covered parking available, at only RM8 per stay - Connected to a small mall so you can get emergency amenities/food if needed

Cons: - At breakfast, some staff seem quite overwhelmed/confused during peak hours, and some food took quite a long time to be refilled, and some staff forgot the orders we made - TV had very limited channels, and cannot be mirrored to our phones, so we cannot play our own channels. (It's 2024, I don't know why so many hotels are skimping on smart TVs) - TV remote wasn't working, but it was promptly fixed by the technician upon calling front desk - Location wise: Decent if you're driving but no direct access to public transport for those who aren't driving

I love the whole environment. Smells good and clean. The swimming pool is very beautiful and clean. I love the location where it has a mall connected to the hotel. Makes us easy to get food.

The communication between the security guard and the staffs we not good. The security guard forgot to tell the staff regarding my luggage at the lobby. I waited for quite some time for my luggage to be sent upstairs.

1. The frontdesk staff (a girl) makes the check in process easy. Very friendly and all smiles. I am sorry I don’t remember the name. 2. The room is very spacey i am shocked. Truly comfortable. Toilet also very very clean love everything inside!

1. Maybe just a bit far from the lrt station (although stated the nearest one), which my friend and i still need to Grab to.

The hotel is clean and new. Rooms are spacious. The shower area comes with a sitting slab, which is good for elderly.

The lift from the parking area is not directly linked to the hotel. When we came back late the doors from parking leading to hotel lobby were locked. We had to walk through the shopping area.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. They also allowed an early check-in without any extra charges. The service was amazing too. There was also a mall next door which made it very convenient for a last-min shopping. I will surely recommend anyone who wants to stay in KL to get a room here.

They did not have a weighing scale to weigh our luggages.

Very modern, everything worked and the room was quite spacious. Like the inclusion of things like powered curtains, buttons to signal please don’t disturb, etc The breakfast buffet is probably the best and most extensive I have ever come across.

Took a while to work out how to turn off all the lights.

Cleanliness is top notch. The room and toilet are spacious, clean linens and everything we need are provided. It was a comfortable stay.

The only downside is the location. The traffic can be real crazy around the area. The hotel only provides flat rate carpark fee for hotel guests.

Room was great, bed comfortable, ample bathroom amenities provided. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful

Location would be challenging. And I had a bit of trouble trying to figure out if there was designated parking for hotel guests in the basement carpark.
