Beautiful location, the camp was very clean, luxurious and private, well looked after camp. A great choice of food, comfortable clean pods and discreet staff, always available to help. Manager was lovely, very friendly, respectful and helpful. We booked our jeep safari which was fantastic, had a very accommodating driver who let us take our time to enjoy the sights and took great photos of us! Definitely recommend this camp!

Not a single complaint!

Unforgettable stay. Not like some camps, here we can reach the camp gate by car. We had a booking for King suite tent, but we got a Martian tent. Thanks Mr. Hassan for the free upgrade. The 4x4 tour through the pink desert surrounded by the mountains and the camel ride are fantastic. Breakfast & Dinner have many options and have a live kitchen during breakfast. Excellent stay.

Hasan was extremely welcoming and generous. All staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The desert tour we were offered was very wonderful. We had the experience of a true Bedouin dinner, of madfoun, lamb meat and chicken buried underground, cooked through coal. It was dug up in front of us and we've probably never had meat so delicious before. The evening entertainment was great - tea and Arabian coffee flowing freely from an outdoors fireplace and a really great singer on the Arabian oud, under the cliffs of Wadi Rum. Incredible stay. Recommended for anyone seeking an authentic experience.

My favorite part of the stay here was the Bedunian dinner. They served the best local food so far during my visit in Jordan. The Martian tent was very large and cosy and the room had everyrhing that I would need for an overnight stay. After dinner we also had a chance to experience a "Bedunian party" which created a very good atmosphere. Finally the Bedunian people were extremely friendly and nice showed some secrets on how they create make-up, soap and perfume from natural things that can be found in the desert. I would highly recommend this venue for stay in the Wadi Rum desert.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at this place. The only improvement I would like to suggest is to include a toilet brush in the bathrooms.

Like other reviews have mentioned, this camp is ideal for those who have a rental car as its just off the main and facilitates parking. The camp looks exactly as pictured, the martian tent was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast which was included in my booking was a good spread, a variety of western and arabic options. Staff including the owner was hospitable and welcoming

I found it costly for 1 person considering only breakfast and then tent/ room are included. Dinner and lunch is at an additional cost although I was comped the first night's dinner. Activities are sold separately, this isn't unique to this camp but happens all over the Wadi Rum area but overall not worth what I paid.

I loved it all, I went there not knowing what to expect, in terms of service and in terms of quality of staff / people. However, everything was absolutely on point, the room, the food, the area and the staff. The most important thing that i loved, is they make you feel like family. Mr. Hassan al Zawaideh himself was extremely accommodating, I wanted to take my private car into the desert and had to pay 25 JOD for the permit, to my surprise they did not accept card payments and only cash which i didnt have, and Mr Hassan paid on my behalf, and even offered that I ride my car with their touring crew, since they were already going to take other tourists out for a desert tour. By the end of the tour, I paid him the 25 JOD's back which he paid on my behalf, and when I offered to pay for taking me out on the tour he refused to accept any money. The feeling of family that you will get there is incredible.

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Perfect place. The first and most important thing we chose was the opportunity to get to the hotel by our own car. Otherwise, other hotels ask for payment for each train to and from the hotel, and this is expensive and inconvenient. You can drive to this place by absolutely any car. And we loved to travel around and see local life. It is also very convenient that the excursion train starts right next to the hotel, 300 meters away. The hotel staff themselves are very responsive and always try to help. Breakfast, dinner, Shisha - everything is great. If we return to the desert again, it will only be here. We also recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Hassan for a great place.

I reserved 3 Martian capsules for my family and was amazing: everything clean, with AC and fresh water. If you want to try local food, you must do it here cause it was delicious and they even had the kindness of saving us some dinner cause we arrive late past 9pm. The Martian capsule is exactly as you see it in the pictures. The view at the night with the lights on across the mountain is spectacular, really beautiful. The jeep tour for 2 hours is great, even with a camel ride and great pictures.

Nothing, the experience was above our expectations.

We stayed at a Martian room and was very comfortable and had everything we needed, the views were very nice. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, with plenty of options! When arriving to the camp by car, a policeman told us to first get our jordan passes stamped at the tourist center, which is in the other direction of the camp. Once at the tourist center, some guys told us to book the jeep tour with them because our camp was "outside" so the tour was not "allowed" inside the desert, but that is a lie! Don't believe that, we went back to the camp and took the tour from there and it was an amazing experience and could go inside of the desert of course.

The windows of the martian room could've been cleaner. I was expecting a bit more of bedouin's culture at night, there was just a bit of music and short dances but not really an "experience".
