Nice rooms with AC in bedrooms (not in communal room, but fan provided). 2 nice swimming pools and nice play area for kids. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very kid friendly. Would keep into account that our baby was sleeping during cleaning time and would adjust to that. Transfers provided with their own tuktuk/van, which is great and very kind. Rented a car that was in perfect condition.

Breakfast was prepared by only 1 person, that caused quite some delay as most people had breakfast around the same time (and we felt sorry for the lady that seemed in over her head sometimes). Would advise to do this with 2 ppl. Laundry was half the price around the corner of the hotel.

The property was close to Au Nang so only 5/10 minute free shuttle service that ran until 10pm, but it was quiet and tucked away enough there was no disturbances. Perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, the pool and facilities were great, with rooms cleaned everyday and stock replenished. Couldn’t recommend this property enough and great value for money, we will definitely be staying here again.

Super laid back well designed small resort with two killer pools. I can’t start my day untill I have at least two cappuccino’s, they had one ready for me everyday! Killer homemade breakfasts & great fresh fruit and homemade bread. Great location. They can handle all your activities & travel plans Very quiet little village location and only a few minutes down to the chaos of Aonong Beach. The rooms were very clean and great beds with functional kitchen ( I never used ) why cook when you have the great resort restaurant a few steps from your room. Small menu but changes up every few days. We ended up extending our stay for another week. No complaints at all. Can’t wait to come back

Pinthong is more than just an accommodation; it feels like coming home thanks to the warm welcome from the owner, Wanna, and her incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional care and hospitality. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, starting with helping us bring our luggage to the villas and allowing us to choose from the available options. They even assisted us with laundry services. The villas are impeccably clean, equipped with excellent air conditioning, and offer a lovely outdoor sitting area right by the swimming pool, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Wanna’s passion for her project and her dedication to the well-being of her guests are truly inspiring. I highly recommend booking this accommodation if you plan to stay in Ao Nang—you won’t be disappointed. Plus, if you’re a fan of Muay Thai, like my son, you’ll be thrilled to find one of the best gyms just a three-minute walk from the accommodation.

Absolutely loved our stay here, Wanna and her team are so friendly and helpful, literally can't do enough for you, felt right at home. The bus into the town was such a nice touch, pick up before 10pm too, was a really nice bonus. The rooms was very spacious. We stayed in the 2 bed villa both with air conditioning, bins changed every day and the beds made up, bottled water put in the fridge daily. There are 3 pools, good size. Food is also lovely. You can book trips and rent scooters all from here, I honestly couldn't fault a thing. Loved our stay. I would 100% stay again. Thanks Wanna and team. Will miss you

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout the whole stay. More a family-run business that pay more attention to your needs. They gave us really good advice on food and restaurants to go to and helped take us to all of them with the free shuttle service. It is about a 5/10 minute drive to the beach but their free shuttle service is excellent whether you need to go to the beach or get picked up when you need to. They helped us book some excellent tours with the property, including an island trip to Hong Island and a muay thai event right next to the property. The pools were lovely and the other guests were also very nice, it has a very family-friendly vibe. The breakfast and coffee was also really nice. The villas were clean, had good aircon in the bedrooms and they gave you drinking water in the fridge everyday. A nice location to be outside the hustle and bustle, for more of an authentic feel to your experience. Having gotten to know Jake and Wanna and the other staff more, we would happily stay again.

We came as guests and left Pinthong as friends, as family. We hope to be able to come back very soon! Wanna and her family, friends and employees are all incredibly friendly, helpful and warm. We got great tips on excursions, tours and food. There was always someone willing to answer questions or you could talk about a variety of topics to get to know each other better. Ten/Tan's breakfast is simple, cheap and delicious! We particularly liked the fruit plate. Not to forget the location. Quiet, idyllic and a 5 minute moped ride away from the loud and crowded Ao Nang Beach. See you again!

A real hidden gem. With two pools that you can swim in day or night. Not too far away from downtown and they offer free rides into town. Perfect retreat for relaxation. A Clean and lovely place to stay with cooking facilities if you want to cook for yourself, but also a cafe on site for breakfast lunch and dinner. Good food and nothing is too much trouble for the Lovely people that look after you while you are there. Wanna and Jake were so helpful and the other staff super friendly and helpful too. We were sad to leave this beautiful location, it was our favourite place out of many on our travels around Thailand. We will Definitely return one day in the future. Highly recommended

Nothing to dislike

Great people, Wanna the owner is an amazing person and helped us with everything we need. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. The room is nice and clean and they clean it every day. The pools are nice as well. I liked the location because it's more of a suburb than the city of Ao Nang, yet close enough to go everywhere with a scooter (or the shuttle they have).

The room has only one AC, in the bedroom. Therfore living room is pretty hot to seat in. Also the AC itself didn't work that well so it was a little hot in the bedroom as well. With that said, I forgot to tell them about that so maybe they would have fixed it for us. I would give them a 9 only because of that but the whole other experience surpassed it.

The best aspects of Pinthong were the staff who were so welcoming and kind, and the environment. Wanna and Taan were both generous hosts. Taan remembered our breakfast preferences and provided us with lovely fresh fruit and eggs every morning. The buffet breakfast was extensive. The house bungalows were very comfortable. We had 2 bedrooms and a living room and balcony. There was great aircon, stove top, microwave, kettle sink etc. The children loved the 2 pools which were carefully looked after by staff every day.The location was also perfect. We were away from the crowds and could walk to local food and massage and boxing. Wanna and Taan took us wherever we wanted in the van, motorbike and tuk tuk. We liked the local market alot. They also made great recommendations for tours which we enjoyed. This is a gem of a place and great value for money.
