Room was very nice, clean, spacious, comfortable beds.

I did not like that the property would reserve money on your card few days before your stay even if it says no prepayment needed and then when arrived would charge it without asking for an autorisation. Also would charge your card automatically for parking and drinks without asking your authorisation. That was the only annoying thing, otherwise the hotel is very nice.

Hotel is very modern, clean, kind welcoming staffs. Location is in the middle of nowhere (I felt), but close to bus stop so for business trip, it is good hotel.

Pasta from the restaurant was very very very! salty (I don't know if it is normal level for Polish or not, but it was not easy to finish the dish). I talked to waitress but she seems not interested in my feedback. I couldn't finish half of the dish.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Close to train station and shopping centre. Short walk to main street with restaurants. I would stay here again.

It took me a while to work out how to use the fan and TV but I'm not good with technology. My husband worked it straight away.

Friendly reception staff. New building, tastefully finished and clean. Restaurant serves very good quality food. Beds are comfortable.

The hotel is located between train tracks and main road, also there is a building site adjacent But you don't really hear any noise inside. They did a good job at soundproofing the walls :)

We had dinner in the restaurant. Party of around 14 people. Food was excellent when it arrived. Service was very slow. I asked a few times for more wine but it never came? Nobody was on hand to top up our glasses. The hotel could have made much more in wine sales!..

The cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the quite large room, the fact that there were slippers and bathrobes. Also, the gentleman at the reception was very, very kind, he called a restaurant because we arrived late and the kitchen was closed, and so we managed to eat something after a very long drive. Thank you for everything.

Everything was almost perfect except for the attitude of a waiter (we don't know his name) with glasses, the young man, his attitude was as if he was doing us a favor that he was there, he seemed bothered by everything. Unlike him, his colleagues were smiling and kind. Only he somewhat overshadowed our stay, otherwise it was nice.

Great location very near to town centre and walking distance to the beach . Room was very clean and had everything we need. Bed super comfortable had a great sleep. Staff was always very helpful and friendly .

Great location. I was able to charge ma electric car. Place feels comfortable and relaxing. Nice and cozy atmosphere and great scents when you in. Two saunas available. Great.

Nothing really. Maybe the extra cost for a breakfast, when you don’t have that in a room price.

Fantastic hotel, where you can truly rest and sleep well, because the hotel was designed for it. I would be happy if other hotels I have stayed before had the same approach as My Gdynia Store. Excellent, quiet, comfortable hotel with great selection for breakfast.

Very good breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything looks clean and teh way to the beach or teh mall is quite close. Evertything was totally perfect and we are absolutely satistied. They are also dog friendly whcih was a big plus for us. We have a big dog (Labrador) and there were no issues with the staff. Coming back one time... :-)
