I absolutely love everything, every corner is just perfect. The Staff are all accommodating, friendly, caring, always ready to listen, help or assist. They are Kind and they gave me peace on my Stay there. I never thought it would be good for Solo travellers. But it was the great. Areti Suites made my First time in Chania,Crete a memorable one. I cannot wait to comeback again. The whole place served as a Sanctuary for me. It was quiet & serene. All my Stress & sadness are gone in a blink. I highly recommend Areti Suites to everyone. 🤍

It was really close to the airport, which was great after a long flight! The gentleman who helped us on our arrival, which was after midnight, was just fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble. Service is 24 hours 6 we got to have a nightcap. Rooms were lovely and clean.spacious and well laid out. There was a pool which was cute, but we didn't get a chance to use it. We slept well thanks to the nice air con in our room. Breakfast was nice. We paid extra for a cafe latte but not much, and it was worth it as it was really good. Staff are all so friendly and helpful.too. We sat outside in the sun for 2 hours, and it was idyllic. For the money we paid, this is great value.

There was a section opposite the pool with a boat on which was run down, which could be developed maybe but other than that nothing.

We arrived at 22.30 from a later flight and they have 24 hour reception by the looks of it. The guy at the reception was very friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble. He prepared a pizza for us and we had some beers on the terrace. The next day we had an excellent breakfast and they called a taxi for us to get into Chania. The place looks amazing and the pool area is so beautiful, I regret not staying an extra day to enjoy it. The pictures don't do it justice to how lovely it looks.

A really useful overnight 1st stop near Chania Airport as our flight landed late in the evening. A large room with plenty of space and a balcony. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice in the rear garden.

Since the room was on the 1st floor, it would have been good to have had some help with the cases. It would be nice to provide more fresh fruit at breakfast and good coffee. Not down to the hotel at all, but we were surprised that the short taxi journey cost €20 each way to and from the airport.

We only stayed for one night after a late flight - less than 10mins taxi away from the airport. Greeted at the 24hr reception by a very friendly member of staff. Great sized duplex room for the three of us with comfy beds and a roof terrace, although we didn’t have time to enjoy this. Good choice of breakfast.

We could hear a bit of noise from other rooms as people moved about at night, though this wouldn’t have woken us up. If you had a noisy group in an adjoining room this could be annoying

Everyone was kind, and reception is staffed 24/7. I had a very early morning flight, and the night shift receptionist offered coffee and cake. It’s the value and the little things that added up for me. Rooms are spacious and serviceable. The pool is definitely an added bonus. If you intend to take a taxi to the airport, be prepared to pay between 17-20€, even though it is in very close proximity to the airport. Depending on the time of day, you could theoretically walk, but there are narrow and curvy roads (locals don’t recommend this).

Staff was very helpful, even calling in an order to a taverna nearby for a late snack. Also helped us chill a bottle of wine we couldn't pack in our luggage for the return flight so we wouldn't have to waste it. It seemed like a slow night in general, barely saw anyone else there.

The walk from the airport (we dropped off our rental car and walked back) was relatively unshaded, but there weren't many cars on the road either. Probably would have been fine to wait a bit longer. This isn't really their problem, but the 6AM taxi was 17€ for a five-minute ride, while it was 23€ from the airport to Chania. 😬 I'd probably consider staying in Chania one more night if that's the difference.

We were looking for a hotel close to the airport and this was a great place. It exceeded out expectations. The staff was really kind. We were arriving late and he waited for us. They had parking place. Room was clean. Bed was perfect. Good size shower room. They had complementary water, shower kit, hotel shoes. Quiet place. Good maintained place.

Hotel is perfect. The only thing we can think of is the illumination of the road to get there but the whole city doesn't have good lighting.

We booked another room for my daughter-in-law as she was flying back with us. This location was perfect to be close to Chania airport. On arrival, there was a problem with the key card locking the room. The staff were very attentive and moved her to a different room, with no bother at all. They were very helpful. Like us, she would have liked to stay here longer than we planned. It's so peaceful, with a relaxing setting.

Comfortable family hotel. We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the airport. But the hotel is suitable for staying not only for one night. We got a large duplex room with a large balcony. It was very quiet at night. There is a person at the reception around the clock. The bar is available even at night. Breakfast continental. We swam in the pool in the morning.

No transfer. Unreasonably expensive taxi from airport - 20 euro. There is no other way to get there at night. Getting to hotel during the day is also inconvenient. According to Google Map walk will take 40 minutes. There are no pavement to hotel. Buy day taxi costs 18 euro. Better prepare money without change.
