We could not have been happier with our stay at Riad le Clos des Arts. The staff were among some of the friendliest, most attentive and lovely people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, as well as going out of their way to make us feel safe as two female travellers (meeting us at the car drop off area and offering to come and meet us on the main road after dinner etc). The Riad itself was absolutely stunning - a true oasis amongst the bustling streets of Marrakech. We particularly enjoyed the area of the Medina that the riad is situated in - slightly quieter, but with gorgeous shops, delicious restaurants and fun rooftop bars - and only a 5 minute walk into the main areas. The rooftop was a particular bonus, allowing us to soak up the final few days of November sunshine and we particularly enjoyed our breakfasts up there every morning! Our room exceeded all expectations - far bigger than we were expecting and gorgeous interiors. It really was such a treat stumbling across this Riad on Booking.com and we will be telling all of our friends and family to come here. Thank you so much for SUCH a wonderful stay - we can't wait to come back.

We had the best stay of our lives at Riad le Clos des Arts. The location is excellent in the medina. You are minutes away from 2 of the best palaces in Marrakech, and walking distance from everything in the medina. The riad itself is stunning. Photos do not do it justice. The staff are *incredible*. Valeria, Denise, Issam, Sadik and Zakaria were out of this world. They’re super helpful with recommendations, getting your bearings and generally making you feel like one of the family. The rooftop is an oasis of beauty. There’s the dipping pool to escape the heat, the loungers for the sun. Breakfast in the sun, and dinner by moonlight. The food at the riad is, without any hyperbole, the best in Marrakech. Fresh home made meals that blow your mind. You simply must take advantage of the hamam on-site too. You won’t regret it. In short, we’ve never stayed anywhere like this before and we will definitely be back!

Loved the ambiance of the hotel. Room very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the Moroccan breakfast which was included in the room rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. The locals are friendly too.

The hotel is situated within a very short walk of the suq/market where the streets are narrow with no pavements. You must walk in single file on the right and watch out for the bikes, scooters, delivery wagons which are constantly present. You are always breathing in the fumes from the traffic and meandering round the shops isn't that easy. Larger roads are named but streets round the shopping area aren't and it's easy to get lost!

Great Riad with absolutly amazing rooms and super friendly staff. Perfect location to explore the Medina with a Taxi spot 5 Minutes by foot, which is usefull for activities outside of the Medina. The owners of the Riad took their time to explain us everything and gave us great tipps on what to do in Marrakech but also how to behave so that we don‘t get in trouble during our stay. 100% recommand this Riad for an unforgettable stay in this beautifull city!

A True Little Paradise – We Will Definitely Return! We stayed at Riad Le Clos des Arts in September 2024 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming – we felt at home right from the start. The riad itself is stunning, very clean, and the rooms are simply a dream. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, and we loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace by the pool after exploring the medina. It was pure relaxation! The location of the riad is fantastic, perfect for discovering the city. A true little paradise in the heart of Marrakech – we will definitely come back!

It was a fantastic stay! Now the riad on its own is already simply stunning und just everything you hope for with it’s beautiful architecture and how it is decorated and taken care off! But what made the stay even more memorable was the wonderful team at Riad le Close des Arts. They made us feel at home right away and were super helpful in providing us tips, suggestions and supporting e.g. with restaurant reservations. Their attention to details and dedication was really impressive. I cannot wait to stay there again, and can highly recommend it to any visitor looking for a little gem to stay at!

The hosts and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The riad was clean and well maintained, common areas including the roof were nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. The location of the riad was excellent - close to everything, yet quiet and calm inside. The meals were tasty with good portion sizes. In house hammam was convenient and massage was very relaxing.

The breakfast was the same every morning - varying the breakfast menu each day would've been nice.

Amazing room and facilities (hammam spa and plunge pool!), super kind staff, and delicious food including a stunning breakfast on the terrace with fresh juice and coffee, eggs to order, variety of jam/fruits/breads, and homemade yogurt! Also, the location is ideal - right between Bahia Palace and the centre of the medina (Jamaa El Fna), but back off the main street so the riad itself it a quiet retreat.

Everything was perfect. We honestly can't think of anything we would change!

The Riad was an oasis of calm and tranquility. Beautifully decorated with love and care to the design of the area. What made this stand out was the staff. It started with owners Massimo with his knowledgeable introduction to Marrakesh, his passion for it was contagious. Every morning we were welcomed by Denise who was at hand to help and advise with her charming smile and wonderful humour. Genuinely all the staff were so friendly but discreet. We stayed at this beautiful Riad for four nights and can only say that we had the most wonderful time and experience. The architecture was breathtaking and the owners as well as the staff were incredibly friendly and really made our trip an unforgettable one. As this was our first time in Marrakech the owners helped us a lot with all the relevant information as well getting restaurants bookings and tips on where to go. As for the breakfast, we got offered the most delicious fresh Moroccan breakfast with a huge variety of treats, all served at their beautiful roof under the Moroccan sunrise. This was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had and we look forward to coming back soon. A big thanks to everyone at the Riad for a wonderful time.
