The room was very pretty, with a nice balcony. I had a problem with the payment and from the reception were very friendly and understanding to solve it. Breakfast was good. Very nice and comfortable garden.

The double bed were 2 individual beds, and they couldn't be kept together, leaving a space between them. On a Sunday morning, the houskeeping lady knocked the door and came in 2 times, around 8am and 9.30am, it was annoying.

Nice hotel with good wi-fi and friendly staff. We were only there for one night. Room was OK the pillows a bit too soft for me but that's personal preference. Breakfast was very good and the best part for me was the amazing restaurant that they have behind the hotel. The food was very good

All good maybe housekeeping could pay a bit more attention to the curtains rods....there were a few spiders

Lack of variety for sweets at breakfast. Too hot temperature of dinner room, because it was a very hot period, but above all because it was impossible to open the majority of windows and the one you can open it's only for few centimeters!!

Perfect little inn with views, friendly staff, great breakfast & restaurant! We met up with family there and having a lounge available to chat and play games, was excellent! Even got a little gift on departure!

Location is very good, you are at a 30-60 min drive away from all ski resorts from Zillertal Area. Communication was very easy, staff was friendly, although they don't all speak English. Food was also very good, especially dinner, they also have a vast drinks menu and also offer vegetarian food. There is also a sauna available for guests, we really appreciated that as well. We had a great time and I really recommend this hotel. I think the prices are fair for what they offer.

We booked a Tirol room and although the bathroom was nice and new and the room was clean, the facilities in the room are old and could really use some improvements. Breakfast, although very delicious, is pretty much the same each day and it could be improved.

We stayed just one night on our way from Italy and the hotel met all of our expectations and even exceeded them. The staff was helpful and nice, we got even a room upgrade. The room itself was super clean, spacious with balcony and mountain view. Free sauna was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was tasty, maybe more choices of sweet pastries would be nice. We like the area and we are putting the place on our holiday list for future.

The apartments are huge, we felt like staying in our apartment at home, a breakfast with a view over the mountains was the perfect start of our day. The apartment generally has all of the facilities: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for 6-7 people, bathroom with a bath, a guestroom with a sofa big enough to fit a crowd of 6 people. Both the restaurant of the hotel and the pizzeria are decent and worth a visit. The hotel nearby also has a sauna area with 3 saunas to your liking. There is a bus service passing near the hotel that you can take to get to the slopes.

Hard to find something, but if I need to mention something, when checking out, I looked under the bed to make sure nothing was left there and saw a lot of dust and a sock left by a previous guest - better cleaning would be great. The sauna area seems to be cleaned once per week only, throughout the week I saw the dirty towels and glasses accumulating, while it did not spoil the experience, it did leave an impression of undermaintenance.

Nice, quiet location, very clean, loved the interior design and general feel of the place. The staff were friendly and spoke some English (basic but enough to communicate everything). Free parking on-site, tasty breakfast. Overall very good value for money, I would stay there again!
