I love the staff but Chelsea and the men were Awesome and the heavy lady that worked nights was rude and mean she wouldn't let my grandson get coffee and it was about 10.30pm and she didn't greet you at all....

Chelsea, The Men, And The Cleanliness And How comfortable the bed was and the kitchenette....

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Bed was comfortable, people were friendly for the most part, 1 cranky employee and 1 excellent employee who's last day was the day we left and the guy that works overnight was very friendly!

Wasn't to happy with the almost constant smell of weed especially in a no smoking hotel or the laziness of the people staying there who didn't follow instructions to take their trash to the dumpster instead they just piled it by the back door... Oh and the drunk guy peeing outside but then he layed in it so that was funny

The building is very new. It was very clean and conveniently located. The staff was great. The room had a full size refrigerator. The air conditioning worked well.

Our room's window faced Coconut Creek Mini Golf, and the lights from it were bright, coming through the window late at night. There was also a street light right outside the window. There were blinds, but they did not do enough to block out the light. It was a good thing I brought eye shades for sleeping. The guests above us were walking hard on their heels and sliding furniture all night, which kept waking up my brother-in-law.

The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel is newer (opened in June 2023). It was very clean and up to date. The rooms did have a refrigerator, microwave, and a 2 burner stove top. So you could cook, if you wanted too. That was a plus. The location was great (several attractions close by, Walmart, restaurants, ect). Plus, this hotel not beging one of the bigger ones..you didn't have all the noise all hours of the night when your trying to sleep. So that was really nice. Plus, the cost each night was very reasonable.

Wish the hotel had more to offer( pool, breakfast). Plus, it was a little hard to find since it set sideways off the road.

The REFRIGERATOR had plenty of room for everything you need. The stove eyes and that whole set up. Liked that it was not carpet on the floor because the first night I spilled an entire 40 oz cup of tea and ice.

The beds were just uncomfortable to me they were too hard, and bathroom was not handicap accessible I had trouble getting in and out of tub because of no bars.

The hotel was new and very nice. The beds were extremely soft. The room was very spacious and nice. Loved this place.

When I booked the hotel the price with taxes and all was suppose to be $386 before taxes it was suppose to $358. When we checked into the hotel our price was $400 not a big deal but wasn't expecting it to be $18 more. Wish it was closer to the beach because everytime we wanted to go to the beach we had to get into my car. Now my car is full of sand.

Location was central for us. It was reasonably distance for what we did.

No breakfast was offered. No coffee midday. No coffee maker in room unless you went to front desk and pay. Same for pots and pans to cook with. Everything should have stated on the website what you actually could use without paying. It's a suite with the amenities not compmetely stated on website. Floors in room needed swept and mopped. We went and got some cleaner for the floors. They should be swept and mopped after each customer instead of biweekly.

Price, location, cleanliness, and full size refrigerator

Had a stove top burner but not even one pan to use on it. Would be nice to provide one skillet/pan per room. Also could be provided more toilet paper and some paper towels but these are small complaints.

I loved the fact that everything was clean and smelled good. 2 lights from the beach. Walk to circle k and go behind it to pineapple wileys and they have a beach access. The front desk guy was wonderful !!! The cleaning lady was doing her Thang when I was leaving explains how everything is spotless and smells.GREAT !!

Very clean. Pet friendly hotel and there were no odors. Walking distance to Wonderworks and Ripleys. Not far from Walmart and other restaurants. Very reasonable price. Full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave.

Bed uncomfortable. Makes a lot of noise
