I have stayed here a few times on visits to the area. The location is very safe, tucked away behind really nice and upscale stores. The staff is super friendly, and the hotel is clean. I was here a week doing some service work at a nonprofit organization, and I had a nice stay. My only recommendation would be to have healthier options at breakfast!

Breakfast could be improved, and it would be nice not to be forced to watch Fox News while eating!

This is our 'go to' place to stay. The staff is always wonderful. The woman who cooks and sets up breakfast every morning is the best! Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. The lobby/dining room is always clean. The hotel is close to freeways and dining.

Our room was clean, comfortable and we had a quiet pleasant stay. The entire facility looked newly updated, smelled clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was missing hot eggs, bacon/sausage and biscuits. Had to microwave a packaged croissant/egg/cheese/sausage food. This breakfast item lacked a lot, but the coffee, juice and waffle were very good. The pool was closed. That was not a problem for us as we did not plan to use the pool, but others might find that very disappointing.

Staff were very nice except one guy on Tue night. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Love that the refrigerator is a good size. Love that there is a small movable snack/drink tray in the sitting area. And love that they have a sitting area. Breakfast is not bad I'd like to see more fresh fruit. Obit had bruised bananas lol

The ice machines on 1st and 3rd floors were not working.

It was clean.

You could hear the people in the lobby talking and laughing until 2 am. I called and asked them to quiet down..I was told they would but didn't. They just moved out front , and we could still hear them outside our window.. I literally could hear their entire conversation as if I were in the room with them. It was so rude.

Location was good. Close to interstate.

Check in took long time as there was a big group of students were trying to check in at the same time. Such delay is totally find, but for about 15 mins the front desk person didn’t even acknowledge that we were waiting in line and also was slightly grumpy during the check in process. They could have handled the situation better.

Breakfast was very good, should ensure that food is warmed a little better.

Have the technicians for the cable service to correct the issue of going behind the tv, and or to the side of the tv stand to change the channel. I understand that the cable company didn't place it correctly. Otherwise it was a nice sta

I had my 60th birthday party there in the conference room and needed a place to stay. Excellent stay with no issues. How amazing it was to go give back to my room after the party and relax. Quiet and clean room.

The night receptionist guy was not very friendly

The hotel was very clean, and the location was ideally situated near plenty of restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was very safe and family-friendly.

I was originally assigned a room which had not been cleaned since the previous guest checked out earlier that day. The front desk clerk, however, quickly took care of the situation. The next room was clean.

Location, clean, fresh smell throughout even though it's pet friendly. Halls always smells good. Staff was friendly.

Bed was small for me and hubby. It must have been a full and not queen. Breakfast was ok. They served Jimmy Dean sausage egg and cheese croissant that has to be microwave. I'm not big on in microwave food. Only hot food choice both days. One elevator was down so it could be a wait during busy times of day.
