Breakfast, all went great. Very accommodating after a room issue with booking.com

I booked through booking.com. We booked 6 rooms. Holiday Inn called the day of check in to say we only had 3 rooms available. Frustrating but he says he’s still working on it. We get there & receive 4 rooms thankfully so this accommodated the number of people we have (which did decrease from initial booking). HOWEVER. Booking.com charged us for 6 rooms. I’ve contacted them but they’ve said Holiday Inn has already been paid that they would have to issue the return of the difference. 2 months past the trip, 1 month past the call to booking.com with them contacting Holiday Inn & still no refund of the difference.

The location was great for on and off the interstate. The accommodations was great. The bed was very comfortable.There were plenty of things to do around the area.

With the temperature being so warm, I was surprised to not be offered complementary bottles of water.

The breakfast was perfect, the internet was great, and the staff and facilities in the room were great!

The pool was not operational/clean, we requested a late check out but was only given a 1 hr extension.

We liked the convenience to the interstate and that it was around many shops and restaurants.

The interstate traffic was louder than expected and people were loud all night it seemed I would wake up to banging every few hours. Overall, it was decent for the stay. The elevator needs updating as it was the slowest elevator I had engaged so far in traveling.

The bathroom was too small, someone didn't clean alot of hairs from the bathroom which was quite gross and the staff was kinda of rude...Didn't appreciate that at all so although the facility was very good overall, I dont do rudeness when I am spending my money so I am not sure I will return!

I arrived too late to get any good breakfast items, but the options that were left over were still good. I just wish I had gone down early enough!

Everything was pretty good! The TV didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal because I brought my laptop and the wifi worked. Netflix was really all I needed.

Only one elevator worked. Lobby doors were left open letting in bugs and hot air. No ice machine on 4th floor had to go to Lobby to get ice.

The first room we checked into, the cable wasn’t working. The clerk knew that & still put us in the room w/o telling us. After complaining, we were moved to a new room

Absolutely hate the $100. Extra security deposit!! Still waiting for this ridiculous fee to be refunded! All guests that have paid with valid credit card should not have this charged! Damage or smoking in rooms should be additional financial penalty, not unilaterally charged in advance to all customers ! This craziness has lost me as future customer.

The staff was friendly. Easy access to the interstate. Very easy to go places from where the hotel is located. Places to eat not to far away.

Everything seems to be good with this place really not to much not to like.
