First of all, thank you to the all staff and general manager. It was the best decision I’ve ever made to stay at this hotel. It has great view all over the city and especially Dadiani Palace and garden view, from terrace and from my room too. They have great breakfast and restaurant with delicious dishes. In restaurant you can have free coffee or tea, also they make discounts if you have dinner there. Their guests can visit Dadiani Museum for free, hotel administrators give you the cards for museum. Thank you all again and again. I’ll be back ❤️

Excellent hotel. I recommend. My business partner booked this hotel for me. I arrived around 13:00. I was greeted by a pleasant administrator who quickly checked the status of the room and escorted me to my room. The room was large and clean, with a separate sleeping area. At the reception they gave me a guest card which I can use in the restaurant and get a discount. The restaurant is located on the top floor. Both the room and the restaurant had a beautiful view of the palace, the museum and the park. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. I often visit Georgia and different cities. I will say that I tried one of the best Khinkali here. In the morning I left the hotel before breakfast, but they prepared lunch boxes and hot coffee for me. Thanks to everyone. 10 of 10.

Everything was perfect. I liked everything.

I stayed at this hotel because it was recommended by a friend. The result exceeded expectations. Attentive and cultured staff, excellent breakfast, cozy and comfortable rooms, cleanliness both in the room and outside the room - this is what made my stay enjoyable. When I got up on the terrace, a beautiful landscape of the city of Zugdidi opened in front of me. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. The staff are all in uniform and the food is delicious. I liked it very much. I tried Georgian chacha for the first time in my life. This is fire. I will say in one word: A magnificent hotel. I recommend.

I didn't like the fact that I was there only one night.

I'm always choosing this hotel. - very friendly and helpful staff and a hotel manager - nice park view - perfect location - very tasty and nice restaurant - parking slots close by or even near to the reception

- breakfast starts a little bit later as in Europe and it could be complicated. However for georgian hotels it's normal - service in the restaurant could be better- some waitress could be more attentive

The place is the best in town, the other side of the street is a beautiful park and the famous palace, which we could reach in about 5-10 minutes (so, 'Garden view' - it's not an inner yard, it's a street and big garden). A beautiful modern building. It was a nice breakfast in a cozy restaurant on the top floor with a summer terrace! We have a good choice of food. But the coffee from the machine was at a separate price. Very hospitable personnel was helpful every time.

The main minus is that the exact location point on booking.com is invalid! We used a navigator to walk from the station, because it was (supposedly) nearby, and it was strange to find some small shops instead of the hotel ))) The real point is about 1 km further, not on Rustaveli st. The room itself and the bathroom were slightly 'tired" and dark. Also, to add some decoration in the room (pictures, photos) would be useful because now it looks too boring in my point of view.

Very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was impeccably clean everywhere. The room was huge and well supplied. The location was also ideal, close to shopping and the centre of the town as well as tourist venues such as the Dadiani Palace and Botanical garden.

I found all of the staff incredibly friendly and helpful - from reception to cleaning staff, to in the restaurant. Contrary to some reviews, most of the staff do in fact speak English and we had no trouble with any requests. The rooms came with toiletries and bottled water and bathrobes.

The noise was pretty full on from party on the rooftop, there seemed to be young people running around the hallways of the hotel not just the upper level. However, it all died down by midnight and it didn't bother me too much as that's when I go to sleep anyway. The breakfast wasn't the best quality.

All was good, honestly. Perhaps breakfast could have more options. It wasn't a problem in my case, but there was a party on the rooftop until 11pm

This hotel was amazing! The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and made everything easy. Plus, the location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Proper city hotel with professional management and very good value for money. Breakfast was really good and provided in a top class restaurant setting.

Room was small but we only paid for a standard double. The top of the hotel has fantastic multi-tiered outdoor eating and bar areas and must therefore be very popular for parties etc. If you are in a room near the top floors when there is an event on I would imagine you won't be getting an early night !
