The ambience was exactly what I have seen on the booking.com listing - modern, warm & friendly. The exterior and interior were delightful to find in a small city like Purwokerto. The staff from the security to the reception desk, cleaning service, housekeeping & hotel staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/inquiry. We accidentally left a jacket in the car which took us from the hotel to the train station and just realised it when we were already on the train. A quick call and several WhatsApp messages, we have received our jacket delivered to our hometown. The free shuttle was a bonus ( I read your IG page about it) Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and care. The food during breakfast was good too. A great idea too (for the environment) to have glass water pitchers which we filled drinking water from the water cooler. No plastic waste and able to have ample water when needed.

The bed linen had some streaks/botches, the bathroom exhauster need to have a stronger suction power, & routine room checks. We noticed a room near ours which was not completely closed for more than several hours. We called the front desk to check, which they did.

The place is close to city center where we can explore the area easy. Trip were so fun with my family

The hotel signboard can not be seen from the main road, especially for new comer coming with private car

Good breakfast and good service, the pool is very cool and has a very good view of the town center. The location is amazing, giving you access to everything in just few meters. The room is comfy and the shower is good.

The AC unit was leaking water in the room but we called service and it was fixed in some minutes. At breakfast napkins were nowhere to be found sometimes.

Location is great, right in front of the city center (alun-alun) and there is a mall just a short walking distance from the hotel. Easy to find food, the neighborhood is quite lively and not too dark, but quiet enough that it will provide you with a good rest. Gym and pool is quite clean as well.

They don't provide towels for the gym equipment so I think you should call in advance. Views from the pool are great, but only at one side. The other sides are covered by mall and residential area.

The bed is VEry comfort , cleanliness is good. Check in/out is Ok . Free Car Parking

the location is in a strategic place, close to the city square and culinary places and reasonable room rates.

The entrance and exit lanes for vehicles and drop off lobby are very narrow

I booked for non smoking room. Only get non smoking room (3rd floor) after being assigned for smoking room (higher floor). Not sure why the staff did not assigned me directly to 3rd floor so I did not have to change room in the middle of the night.

the shower is open together with toilet and sink, so the water falls anywhere makes the floor became wet.

Location is good, bed is comfort, staffs are nice

The color of the towel, pillow and bed sheet are not white anymore, and have some dirty spot on it. They should be replaced with the new one.

Good location, breakfast, and services. Reasonable prices. I like the swimming pool. Excellent city view from the pool.
