Even i read bad reviews regarding the clean service or about the room furniture, for me it was a great staying, sea view from the room. The room was exceptionally cleaned every day with everything you need towels,shower gel . The pool also was great but only if you know to swimm. A plus for the panoramic elevator, the piano in the reception . Reception personal very nice .

I can' t complain about the breakfast , the pastries were great , a lot of croissants and cakes. i I think for a continental breakfast you have all you need. Except one thing : water!!! It is summer , maybe during another season it would be enough to go for a glass of water . I took one bottle of frizzante because i know for sure that two person will drink it. And the personal was somehow irritated and come to get the bottle as if i stole something. I paid for the service. And also is my right to choose the view i want for the breakfast , not to receive suggestions were is good to seat at the table . I think the young personal from the restaurant have to improve their attitude.

Staff was really nice, they helped us with getting around the town, with rent a car setup and were there 24/7 for any help.

First day when i came for breakfast at 10.00 they didn’t allow me to get in because they serve breakfast only from 7-10.00 exactly. Every day at around 7.00 in the morning the construction workers in hotel started to drill so the noises were unbearable the whole 5 days through all day long. Also the cleaners came at around 9.00 and just opened the door with their keys without any notice. Although i asked that they do not clean, they were coming in for the whole trip ( 5 days ). The restaurant is overpriced. And you need to wear caps if you want to use the pool. Location is not in central Palermo so you need to use local transport ( witch is not really reliable ). There aren’t any beaches near the hotel.

Comfortable, I had a big room just for myself. Fridge was a plus so I could keep drinks cold for after a hot day. The pool and view on the 14th floor were really nice! Staff was speaking different languages and was very helpful.

Nothing the hotel can do about, but the bus line to get there and get to the centre is not the most reliable. The bus stop is not always in the shades and when you wait 20 minutes or more it is uncomfortable. Be aware of this.

The hotel is really good. Unfortunately the owner doesn't want to invest money to renovate.

The fitness completely doesn't work and It is forbidden to use the swimming pool on the 14th floor. I would be happy If they fix everything. The hotel has good customers but The owner doesn't invest.

Despite the fact that it is 4star in the description, hotel is outdated. It requires refurbishment. Nevertheless the stay was ok. For the value we paid it was decent enough.

The staff was not friendly at the restaurant during the breakfast. The switched off coffee machines when people were still having breakfast. Air conditioning in the room was not working properly.

Well, to start with; Reading the reviews I was actually little nervous and was even planning to cancel last minute. Reality; rooms were nice, fresh and renovated, pool was great and nice breakfast! It seems that hotel is going through a renovation and they still have some older rooms and this might explain some of the reviews but I can warmly recommend this place! 😀 Pool is must during the summer! For us the only slightly negative part was the location if you don’t have a car, with the car location is likely really good. City is maybe 2.5km away, there is a tram 400-500m from hotel that brings you to central station where you walk ca. 15min to historic centrum or so. Taxi was 13 euro to historic center as a reference. Hotel still had some places around for lunch/ dinner. Wi-Fi not great in the rooms, common areas it worked well.

The reception staff were very helpful and informative, breakfast had decent choice, the review was not bad from the 14th floor . A short drive 4 mins to the port area free parking to get to the old town

The pool area could do with a sort . Cleaner area , a bar and sunbeds would make it pleasant to visit

The room was comfortable and clean, very nice view of the sea. Breakfast was tasty and had various options.

The hotel is big and accommodates many guests. The swimming pool area and number of elevators were not enough. Gym was very old and not kept well.

Accessible terrace on the roof. Nice breakfast. The beds will suck you into the best sleep you will have in your life. Staff members were great. Especially the man at the bar next to the reception with excellent music taste and a big heart!

We had to discuss the payment for the accommodation twice when we got there and when we were leaving as it seemed to the staff members that we have not paid, even though we paid 3 weeks before coming. It didnt turn into any big fuss, but was nonetheless strange.
