Spacious suites, 2 toilets, squeaky clean, everything you need to cook in the kitchen, comfy beds, unbeatable location on Strip

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY ON BOOKING.COM IF YOU REALLY WANT A ROOM WITH A VIEW! This property is not Jockey Club. A private owner has bought 20+ suites within Jockey Club and calls it Jockey Resort Suites. This is important to know because the rooms are pre-assigned and Jockey Club reception staff are completely inflexible about changing rooms. So just know if you get assigned a room with a view of a concrete wall, even when you specially requested at booking a room with a view, and even if you arrive at 16:00 for check-in YOU WILL NOT GET A ROOM CHANGE TO ONE WITH A VIEW. Booking this property on booking.com gets you treated like a 2nd class citizen and gives you zero leeway.

The evening check staff are absolutely NOT suited for the job. Las Vegas is a destination for fun, leisure and to experience something new. The check in staff present the evening I checked in spoke rudely to a non native English speaker who was ahead of me checking in. It felt more like prison intake you see on T.V. I could identify the two rude staff members again in a heartbeat as I was taken so aback by their lack of customer service skills. The jockey club also sells its units as timeshare. Who on earth would want to become an owner with customer service that lacks in every way. I come to Las Vegas often and the jockey club could truly be an exclusive experience with a few changes. I’m open to contact with management about my experience.

The location is near Paris and Bellagio hotel. Makes things easy for site seeing. Having a kitchen is also nice for a longer stay. This room in particular had view to Paris and Bellagio making it a little bit special. I stayed in another room later in the week and that had a view to a concrete wall on the other side. This has to be taken with caution!

Parking is at B3. If you're coming for the first time it is very difficult to find especially with all of the action going on in this area. Need to take careful preparation finding the hotel. Hotel Parking entrance is 36°06'37.5"N 115°10'27.7"W

This was 3rd time that we have stayed in this facility. The hotel was in the center of the Strip and very convincent. It includes kitchen and two bathrooms. Customer services is very friendly and answered all my questions, especially Mike, is very very friendly and responsive 🙏🙏. Thank you so much Mike🙏🙏🙏.

We were waked up by fire alarm around 2:00 am and finally got back to sleep around 3:00 am, which was not a very good experience. Other than that, not too much to complain

Exceptional location, middle of the Strip but much quieter than surrounding locations. Great views as well! A luxury to have a kitchen in Vegas as well. Free parking was a win too.

Slightly run down. Staff were friendly but clearly overworked so checking in was slow.

Spacious, great value, great location. Met our needs and our budget. Air conditioning was good. The property is very well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. Baggage storage after check out on the last day was an amazing feature that we appreciate.

One of our devices had difficulty with internet. Second, we received an email stating that housekeeping service would not be offered prior to arrival, only to find out the next day that there was house keeping service, but it was not explained if the house keeping would included or be a la carte.

We were able to check in a little before check in which was nice. The reception offered to store our belongings safely while we waited for check in. We booked two rooms and requested they be close to one another and they were able to accommodate that which was very appreciated. The space was clean, extremely close to the strip, and has everything we needed and more for our weekend stay.

The rooms are a bit dated so don't expect luxury while you're here but overall it wasn't a concern for us at all. Both rooms had a view of another building but we didn't need a view as we spent most of our time exploring Vegas.

The photos don't do it justice the place was well maintained all these years very clean and spacious. Everyone from reception to the cleaners are very welcoming and professionals. And the view from our room was spectacular we had Paris & fountains of Bellagio. The beds are big and comfy I have sore back & boy I slept well. We were 3 groups therefore we had 3 apartments and they were all very clean. There was a washing machine and dryer on our floor and if yours is busy you can go on other floors. Unlike other hotels you will not wait forever for the elevator and the Uber pick up was next door at the cosmopolitan which was just a minute from the hotel.

Nothing everything was perfect they don't clean on the weekends but you can get some clean towels from the concierge.

Great location on the strip. Easy access to free parking. Spacious bedroom and living area with kitchen and dining area. Having two bathrooms for a family 5 was huge! I was a little nervous with reading previous reviews but it turned out great for a 1 night stay. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. Extra plus having a good size washing machine and dryer priced less than $2 each at the end of the hall. They even provided a laundry basket and a huge walk in closet. It didn’t bother us that we didn’t have view and apparently with booking through a third party we were told rooms were already assigned, so that wasn’t even a possibility. If you care about the view I would recommend booking directly through their website. Even better was that the parking ticket was good until MN on the day of checkout so we were able to explore the strip until it was time to leave for our flight. Highly recommend especially for a family looking for a simple, clean, spacious place to stay on the strip without breaking the bank.

Best location--attached to The Cosmo, my favorite place in Vegas, accessed by an elevator that takes you straight onto the casino floor! Also convenient for pickup/drop-off by using The Cosmo. The rooms are huge, with all amenities--loved having a tea kettle AND a coffee maker! And the bed is UBER comfortable, it ranks up there with the beds at The Cosmo, which I had once deemed the best in Vegas. Also, the water pressure was amazing, always a plus!

While I didn't stay in the room much, the furniture could use a little updating. Also, no outlets by the bed to plug in my phone, nor any USB slots anywhere. Minor inconvenience but I got over it lol
