Very good service - we simply asked for and received the upper floor. Rooms have balcony. Excellent location with a Marina view and connected to Marina mall. Large pool. Bathtub in bathroom with huge window overlooking marina.

Probably one of the oldest buildings in the Marina, You can see it from the balcony view the building's paint has started to flake and fract The morning breakfest was not as delicious as expected - just regular. So not sure that considering "Value for Money" this hotel worth to pay 2-3 times more, in comparison to another very good and cheaper options you have

The hotel has a great location, except it used to have a different name so taxi drivers sometimes had hard time to understand where we want to go. Located right in the shopping mall with the marina view, close to a metro station. Places to eat and shop right there and a great selection. Staff very friendly and helpfull, room was nice and clean, quiet. Loby I expected nicer and more cozy. Loved the pool and uts service. Gym of average quality. We havent had a breakfast as we like to eat out and discover.

The only thing worth mentioning is when we ordered a room service, the service itself was fast, however the quality of caramel popcorn was very low :-D The other things we had were fine. Also when we wanted to pay right away the terminal for thre card didnt work so we had to find some cash which was a awkward having this waiter in our room at night for so long.

This is my fifth time at this hotel. I love everything here and especially the amazing service of the lovely people who work at the hotel. I have stayed in at least 25 different hotels in Dubai, but I will keep coming back to this hotel because of the service and the comfort. The hotel is beautiful and located in the marina and next to a small Marina mall, the view from the room is mesmerizing, the food in the hotel is delicious in all the restaurants. The manager of the hotel, Salem, is very professional, he takes care of everything, always with a smile and knows how to solve any problem and help in everything that is necessary and beyond what is expected, it is very rare to meet such a person with so many amazing qualities. The people who work at the hotel are charming, kind and always nice and smiling. Special thanks to the people who cleaned the room Nagardev and Adity and all the people especially Thaer and Salman who brought food to the room the chef who prepares delicious food that is hard to stop eating Mohammad Yosef and also a special thanks to Htet, Anas, Ulia, Afsal, Gulaiyum, Bilal, Bahaa, Al- Amin, Vamshi, and also at the entrance Lioule who always helps with everything and also Ali who recommended where I should travel. I have no doubt that I will return to this hotel thanks to the service. Again special thanks to the manager Salem, I have no doubt that he is responsible for all the amazing service at this hotel.

Whilst on the outside it looks abit worn, the inside of the hotel is lovely and the rooms gorgeous. Front he time we entered the customer service was second to none. Huge thanks especially to Faraz who went out of his way to always assist us. The staff by the pool were also wonderful. On hand with towels and great service - let’s not forget these guys too! Room service was next level as were the lovely staff in the Restaurant for buffet breakfast and concierge. Hopefully they all get tipped well bc I kind of felt bad how well everyone was treated!

The scales not working in my room because after all the food, I was curious to know how much weight i put on…although that could have been a good thing!

From the moment i arrived at 4 a.m till my departure everything was amazing ! Staff were exceptional, friendly helpful, the message i received prior my arrival made me really look forward to my stay! Amenities in the rooms, Room Comfort BED COMFORT ... Honestly the best bath with the dreamy view! ... Ahmad , Jaafer, all the reception & F&B Staff, million thanks for everything you made my short stay an exceptional one ! Keep it up guys

Everything, such a beautiful hotel, smells amazing from the moment you step in. Great size rooms, clean and tody. Housekeeping did an excellent job on daily basis with follow up visit during evening time. Breakfast was delicious with variety of options, staff so attentive and friendly, Mustafa and his whole team are an asset to the team, well done! Direct access to Marina Mall is an added bonus. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Music at the pool can be a bit loud for families with young children.

Amazing staff with great flexibility around check out times. Great location for families , right on the marina and attached to the mall. It’s very convenient .
