Location excellent next to metro and bus 1 min walk away. The aeroport shuttle from airport just stops outside the accomodation. Just a 5 to 10 min walk to main area and then Capitole not far. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Was able to leave luggage at reception because had a late flight.

Would be nice to have a full length mirror in the living/bedroom are as one bathroom mirror is not enough for an apartment that 4 people share.

Older style apartment in a great location We had a room at the back of the property and it was extremely quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in process was easy with staff on duty at reception until 7pm Wonderful free laundry facility Buses and underground outside the door. 5 minutes to railway station and main bus terminal Be aware that access to upper floors is by stairs. No problem unless you have mobility issues Would stay here again

Suited us just fine for a couple & a friend in 2 apartments. It was very quiet, the apartments had everything we needed, and were within easy walking distance of most places (and with very close bus/metro links to everywhere else). It was cheaper for 3 of us to get an Uber to/from the airport, though this will change once the finish working on the Metro. The man on reception was very friendly & helpful.

The furniture is not brand sparkling new and you have to be careful not to slip in the bathroom, but it was good value for the price. It would have been nice if it hadn’t rained constantly while we were in Toulouse, but that’s not the fault of the residence!

Location. You could walk to locations downtown or access public transportation very easily. The price was very reasonable. It was clean and had I had everything needed to be comfortable.

It was noisy at night. The compressor on the fridge was noisy and there was a lot of street noise from people who partied all night long for the 5 nights I was there. I wore ear plugs to dull the noise.

Very good location right next to Centre Wilson & Jean-Jaures Metro. Spacious room and well stocked kitchen. I loved the laundry facility - Free and 24 hour. (always welcome when you are on a long travel!) Staff very responsive and happy to communicate in English 😀 Finally very reasonable tariff

WiFi coverage could be improved

The best mark for this appartment. Very convenient central location. Clean and comfortable room. Incredibly nice guest service. In the appartment you will find all you need: different kitchen aid, coffe maker, and more. If I return to Toulouse, I 'll stay in this appartment again.

Very good location, little kitchen, iron, warm blanket, refrigerator, pretty big table are present in apartment. By cold weather and closed windows is quiet.

The staff is absent most of the time, it also absolutely not available on Friday und on weekend even per phone. Answer in 2-3 days. No help. Communication with property by booking assistant . The postbox, where should be keys left is broken, so the key could be easily taken by anyone. This everything makes the stay there insecure, uncertain and unpleasant, despite of the all others good sides of hotel. As a small detail- hotel gives only once toiletries (may be for use shampoo and body gel by drop per day).

The location is ideal. I found the bed comfortable (although my partner wasn't so keen). Although the weather was bitterly cold, the apartment was nice and warm. The window blinds meant that the room was pitch dark during the night! I received a phone call from the proprietor the previous day, to check that I knew how to get in following our late arrival which I appreciated.

Although there is a coffee machine, no coffee/tea is provided so if you want tea/coffee, you'll have to bring your own. It was very tricky to get the water temperature correct. When my partner was taking a shower, there was a lot of swearing coming from the bathroom!

The location is fantastic situated only a 5 minute walk from both the main station and the central square. Although situated in a busy area the building felt very secure and the noise wasn’t an issue for us at all even though our stay coincided with street protest marches nearby. The kitchen facilities were basic with just a couple of hot plates. The apartment had all the basics including free use of the external laundry. Staff member at reception was very helpful and friendly.To be honest we were very happy as compared to other places in Toulouse this apartment seemed like real good value

The apartment was fine for what we needed though it is very basic.

the position is very central and excellently connected to the airport with a direct bus living you in front of the building. the apartment was clean and good sized with all you may need.

it would be nice to have more than two towels per person and maybe the basics for cooking like salt and oil so to allow to use kitchen also for short stays.
