December 2024

This was our second year staying at Park City Peaks in December. Once again, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the exceptional customer service stood out. The staff was not only welcoming and friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home. The amenities are truly impressive, especially for the price. The steam room, hot tub, and sauna were highlights of our stay—spotlessly clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. After a long day, these facilities were the perfect way to unwind. You can tell the hotel takes pride in keeping everything organized and pristine. The entire property reflects a standard of cleanliness and order that’s hard to find even in higher-priced establishments. Whether you’re in your room, the lobby, or the wellness areas, everything is thoughtfully arranged and impeccably clean. The shuttle service to Park City Mountain is top tier. It made our days stress free and comfortable. For the value, it’s honestly a steal. You get the comfort, luxury, and service of a much more expensive hotel at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or even just a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return!

Nothing comes to mind.

Breakfast had a lot of choice, also healthy options. Returning to complimentary hot chocolate and cookies after a cold ski day was a highlight for our kids. Hot tub outside is the best part of the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle to ski lifts (during day) and town (at night) which works very well, but the hotel has also a bus stop right in front of the door which makes this hotel a great spot for people traveling without car.

Staff at reception could be more helpful and provide more information. The ski rental shop at the hotel does not have a lot of choice of ski-equipment, the location at the mountain base has a broader selection. It would also be nice to have a bar only for hotel guests, bar is included in restaurant but on busy periods it is hard to get a spot at the bar.

We loved our stay at Park City so much that we asked if we could stay one extra night. The staff was so accommodating and managed to fit us in without requiring us to change rooms, despite the hotel being very busy with summer travel and a conference. Rooms were spacious, loved the proximity to a path that allowed us to walk or bike into town. Tons of parking both covered under the hotel and exposed around it. EV charging allowed us to save a few bucks on gas for our hybrid.

I can't think of anything I didn't like - other than that we had to leave before we were able to try dinner at the restaurant.

The resort is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and there are walking paths just behind the hotel, so great beautiful nature walks in the evenings, or mornings. I traveled with my service dog who just loved the grounds and spacious rooms. I am planning to stay here again in 2 weeks as I travel to Wyoming. Really a beautiful destination.

The breakfast was very good. My only suggestion is to have cooked oatmeal vs. packets. They offer a lot of toppings including fruit, etc. for their yogurt bar, these would be great on oatmeal as well. The restaurant is very nice and the pizzas and salads looked amazing. I ordered the seasonal summer squash risotto which was tasty, just a very small portion, less than 1 cup as an entire meal at $24.00.

All the extras including the cookies and hot chocolate in the afternoons. The great breakfast spread every morning, kept replenished and tidy. The service provided by all staff was very high standard always willing to help with what ever we needed. All amenities were kept clean and tidy and were in great conditions from the gym, to spas, pool, relaxation area. We also attended the on-site restaurant and bar. We went 2 nights and both times food and service were great, the pizza and pasta dishes filled us after a big day on the mountains. The hotel is positioned well, close to the action but far enough away for some downtime too.

Nothing.

Very clean, room is stylish in mid-century modern decor. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash smell delicious. Yummy cookies during check-in. Breakfast was great. Love the radio in room!! Spa facilities were wonderful.

It would be great for the fresh fruit infused water to be available at all times, at least in the lobby, or for water bottles to be provided in room. The water in the ice machines does not taste good at all. Also the pool was dirty with lots of leaves, if someone was to clean it regularly - it would surely improve the experience.

room was clean and comfortable , breakfast had plenty of fresh fruit and cereal It fitted our needs for a clean and safe place to stay when skiing They have a shuttle that drops you up to the base of Deer valley or Park City during the day and to Park City main st at night for restaurants and shops Had a very good Gym room with machines and weights Had a pool which we didnt use

Its a fair way from Park city shops so cant just go out and walk there at night , but the do have a free shuttle which works well

Very comfortable hotel with helpful, responsive staff. Good breakfast buffet. Exceptional pool area with sauna, steam room, hot tub, and indoor/ outdoor pool . The free afternoon cookies were delicious! The in room safe was really appreciated. Free shuttle to town. This photo is of my view from breakfast. I would return in a heartbeat!

Shuttle could have run later and had a stop in the center of town. No microwave oven in room.

The room was very nice, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The mid-century modern decor was a nice added touch. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant Versante the evening we stayed - the restaurant staff was super friendly and our pizza was very good. The hotel has a casual, friendly and youthful vibe.

We were here in mid-May, which is basically off-season. It was pretty quiet in our room, but the walls seemed to be a bit thin, so noise might be an issue when the hotel is at capacity in high season. There is however a request posted in the hotel, asking guests to please be quiet after 10pm.

Chic new design and well thought out room comfort made the experience feel unique and authentic to the area

Staff seemed annoyed at our presence at the front desk as well as ignoring us waiting to grab a to go order at the restaurant. They did not acknowledge us at all and we had to flag someone down after several minutes. I also had some difficulty with the stiffness of the beds.
