The location is perfect for first-time visitors to Manaus as it's two blocks from the main square, where the Opera House/Theatre is located. The square is full of restaurants/bars that have live music every night. The hotel breakfast was very nice, and we appreciated that breakfast hours were long, from 6 - 10 am. It was nice to have a suite with a door that separated the bedroom along with two TVs. When we arrived our safe wasn't working, but they fixed it the same day, which I consider excellent service. Our suite had a kitchen with a mini-fridge and microwave and a large table with chairs to eat. We had a balcony facing the pool, which is in the back of the hotel and quieter than the front. Breakfast and daily maid service were included in our Booking.com rate. The restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until 10 pm, and we could charge the meals to the room. We arrived at the hotel at 2 am, and there was no problem checking in late. Uber service is always available and very prompt. The king-size bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in!

The maid service came each day from 3-4 pm. I would have preferred it earlier. There was no door handle card to request maid service or "Do not disturb." (None of the rooms had the door cards.) There was no instruction sheet inside the room listing the hotel's rules like the breakfast hours or how to call the front desk. There were no chairs on the balcony. The room furniture was worn.

Excellent location close to the Opera House and main square. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It is a budget hotel and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The breakfast was simple but very adequate. The room was clean and the shower worked well.

The air-conditioning system was difficult for us to adjust as the room was either too cold or too stuffy for our taste. We never could find the right temperature, Also, the soft mattresses on the beds are not our preference, but this is a minor complaint.

The location was great, 3 short blocks away from the opera house. The front end staff speaks good English.

The elevator is by far the worst thing about this place. It’s slow, stuffy, loud and small. If you stay here make sure you don’t have a room near it or it may keep you up all night. Button for 12 and 13 floors are unmarked. Also, sometimes the elevators don’t work and we had to use the service elevator.

It is at a quiet street. The room was much better than my expectation. It was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with sufficient varieties. The aircon was a bit noisy but when we were in Manaus, the nights were cool enough not to turn it on.

When I went to the reception for an occasion, the receptionist told me that I had a message. It was a very very important and unexpected message for me. I do not know how I would receive this message if I did not go to the reception on that night.

The staff were all excellent, and all spoke English at some level, for while my Spanish is okay, the Brazilian Portuguese is closer to a language I used while visiting Mars!

There was nothing that I didn't like, for also the food that I had in the restaurant was good too.

We ended up having a total of 5 nights but mostly for convenience. Location was good; beds were comfortable; One female on reception went out of her way to be friendly and helpful, in contrast to others who spoke little to no English, and made even less effort to infuse any interest.

Very noisy and particularly noticeable at night in the upper rooms, with whirring and clanging. Maybe a laundry or perhaps just the old elevators going up and down ¿¿ Restaurant meals were inconsistent - sometimes really good, other times inedible. A SMILE and perhaps a little eye contact would go a long way toward improving guest relations.

The hotel is in a great location, only a shrot walk away from the theatre (and the adjoining square). Good breakfast - I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and the fruit juices.

The wifi didn't work in my room (on the 13th Floor). And the aircon was noisy outside of my window (but it's normal in hot countries).

Pleasant surprise with this hotel, we had a suite with living room and balcony, this was very clean and the large bed very comfortable. Yes we had street noise but ear plugs sorted that out. Our view was looking over Manaus and the Opera House, which was only 2 blocks away with great restaurants, loved the square by the Opera House. Friendly and helpful staff, would recommend this hotel.

Only one negative the bathroom was small compared to the suite, but shower was big and very good and clean.

Good hotel for this price. I booked for 2 people, and we got a 3-person room with a large bathroom and a balcony. Cleanliness ok. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning ok. Breakfast included, continental buffet. For a hotel with a swimming pool in the city center - nice - but just for short stay.

No possibility to make coffee, tea, no welcomeing free bottle of water. Sheets were too small and did not cover the mattresses completely. Breakfast, a few products were missing, the juices were of poor quality, and making toast was a miracle. In the corridors and common areas, the air conditioning seems to work to the max and it's cold, and then you enter the very old elevator, where there is no air conditioning - it's easy to catch a cold The sauna smelled bad - later I found out that the saunas in Manaus have such a smell because of the wood used. The pool is unserviced. There were literally 4 sunbeds next to it, and the rest have to make do with chairs.
