John and Suzie are great hosts. Very clean and well furbished. The kitchen has a convection/microwave combination oven as well as an air fryer and 4 burner gas stove. Great large fridge freezer. There is a braai on the stoep and they even had fire wood available to use.

What a gem! Felt like home! Comfortable, peaceful, serene, calm... Sea views at the front and mountain views at the back. Upset that we only got to spend 1 night... if I knew about the place and the area I would have changed our travel plans to stay a night or 2 longer.

The upstairs apartment is very neat, clean, kitchen well equipped, and the balcony is very nice to watch the sunset and just to sit there and relax. Bathroom is good, we enjoyed our stay very much,the host couple is very nice, friendly and helpful, thanks a lot!!

The apartment is a beautiful space with all the amenities you need. The wrap around balcony is amazing, and you are within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everything was comfortable, and the large shower is luxurious! The hosts are friendly and helpful and ensured a great stay.

The place is huge, private, great location, safe and the staff (family) were amazing. Helped us set up their brand newly installed braai. Amazing WiFi, huge new smart TV. Comy beds and pillows. Amazing shower. Clean. Greta kitchen facilities. Such attention to detail to the point of having all ice cube trays filled plus a bag of ice. Kitchen utensils and all.

Susie and her husband were the perfect hosts at Beachcombers. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could ask for. We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable and the extra touches that went into making our stay perfect were well appreciated!

Great location with a very special atmosphere. Very safe for walking. Only 1km from Cape Agulhus. Owners are very nice and helpful. The apartment is huge, with a very lovely terrace. Very clean. Can only recommend.

It is not really cons but be prepared for a few strairs, but it is worth the view from 1st floor.

Agulhas has is a very nice and relaxing place to visit. You do feel like you are at the end of the continent. John and Suzie are very welcoming, and we did buy a couple of books at the unique second hand bookstore. Good restaurants in town, 10 minutes walk.

It was very windy, not sure if this is normal. If you want beaches, stay in nearby Striusbaai. There is no real good beach access in Agulhas.

Property is across the road from the ocean. We were able to see whales while sitting in the bed of the master bedroom. The balcony is great to sit outside. Room was very clean with a full kitchen of anything you would. need to prepare your own meals, coffees and teas. Love the crisp white look of the place.

Loved how close it was to the sea and shops a nd the host was welcoming but not overbearing. Left us to it but was on site if we needed anything.

Shower was v.intense and hot water ran out with people showering
