The location was superb for exploring Bruges. Parking nearby was easy enough. The owners were hospitable, The breakfast was delicious, which consisted of various options of bread, meats, eggs, and cheeses, with also sweet options of cerials, croissants, pain au chocolats and Jams. the hosts also catered for the vegan member of our party after our initial request. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. I would recommend this b+b.
No fault of the hosts whatsoever, but we had an annoying mosquito in our room, which decided to dine on us overnight. The hosts do provide mosquito plug-ins in the room and there are mosquito screens you can pulldown on the windows, which we foolishly didn't use on night as we thought there would be no mosquitos at this time of year, how wrong we were ! It might be a good idea to remember to pack your mosquito repellent, even in October!

This was a short weekend break for my wife and I as a birthday surprise for her. We received a very warm welcome from the owners, the room was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were amazing. The location is a five minute walk from Bruges central square and there is safe underground parking very nearby. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Couldn't have improved the B&B, but a simple direct line of email communication direct with the owners would be a lot better than the infuriating messaging system through Booking.com.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel recently. Firstly, I was delighted by the warm welcome I got from the owner, he was so friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, very clean and tidy, with everything I needed - the bed was comfortable and the extra pillows and blankets were a great bonus. In addition, the excellent breakfast that morning was a real highlight, with a varied selection of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and meats. There was also a wide range of teas and coffees, plus the jams and jellies were always delicious! The staff at the restaurant were warm and helpful - nothing was ever too much trouble. All in all, it was an extremely positive experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We travelled with friends and each couple had one of their superb, spacious suites. We thought the price was good for the type of accommodation provided so overall it was good value. The breakfast spread was fantastic with everything we could possible want on each individual table- best ever breakfast at a B & B. The location is also good, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and there is an underground car park nearby.
There was nothing not to like .

Breakfast was wonderful! Because we had to leave early on the day of checkout, the host left many items in our room and the fridge so that we could have early breakfast on our own. We really appreciated the warmth of the host. Location is great as well.
The narrow stairs between the bedroom and the bathroom could be challenging to some older people. We are seniors and my husband is a big man so he said he was a bit scared at times but it was not a problem for me.

Quiet location near the old town. Breakfast was more than ample and local food. Everything was recently renovated , clean and comfortable. The hosts were helpful, welcoming and friendly.
The stairs, being a heritage home, were steep and narrow. However the host insisted on carrying our cases up and down for us. The bath/shower was a little difficult to get into, but a step and rail were there to help.

Highly advise whoever would like to stay couple of days at Brugge. Very clean rooms, very nice breakfast, very cheerful and helpful owner, very close to city centre. You can take free city ring minibuses 2 minutes away from the guesthouse. Pieter and his wife is always at your service. They are very well deserved five star.
Narrow and steep stairs may be problematic for old or physical disable customers. Specially penthouse is not good for tall customers due to wooden column supporters for the roof.

Short walk from the B&B to all the action in my he old town. Lots of restaurants, shops, & places full of history and were close by. Hosts were so polite, friendly, & welcoming. Our bed was super comfy! Breakfast was presented beautifully each morning. The B&B is charming, just like the town of Bruges.
Even though the breakfast was delightful, I would have rather chosen my own breakfast items from a sideboard buffet rather than everything being on our table. We felt we wasted a lot of food because we didn’t eat several of the things at our table.

The host was excellent, so friendly, happy go lucky and welcoming. Helped with advice on things to see, places to go. The room was clean, good size, and the breakfast was excellent. Location is out the way of tourists and the hustle and bustle.
Nothing to not like. Was bang on.

lovely old building near to the Markt square. couple were very friendly and even gave me some chocolates on my birthday which was a lovely touch. we were in the duplex room which was big enough for us and had a very comfortable bed. great for a basic budget stay. breakfast was varied and delicious with different extras every day.
just for awareness it’s an old house so you will hear others get up and go to bed which is not a problem if they are fairly quiet. we had a problem with the shower which was in the process of being sorted out. a small note with directions to get it working - turn heating up to high! would have been useful so we didn’t have to keep contacting Pieter.
