Rooms were clean and functional.

Staff was a little unfriendly. They need to learn to smile, greet, and look at customers. Maybe even look like they at least like and / or even enjoy their job. Breakfast, for me, was a non-starter. White bread, white bagels, ceral, canned fruit except for oranges. The eating area has a large poster about being environmentally friendly. Paper plates, and tea n coffee papers cups, plastic cups and utensils. The money spent on replenishing these items could easily purchase washable dishes and utensils. I know on the website it states a 'frugal' breakfast, more like brunch. A titch disappointed to say the least.

The ROOM was clean and comfortable. The mattress is on the soft rather than firm side but it is a personal preference, not the hotel's fault. The shower has solid glass walls, so water does splash onto the bathroom floor, but floormat took care of that. BREAKFAST was more than adequate: bagel choices, cream cheese, assortment of jams, peanut butter, juices, coffee, cereals. More than enough. STAFF did their job well. PARKING was underground, and free, which was a bonus.

Not necessarily the hotel's fault, more like Booking.com which indicated a "final price" (taxes included) but in fact, taxes were charged on top of the "final price". This is misleading, in my opinion, and I will complain to Booking.com.

I liked that breakfast was included. The room was clean and in order, beds were well kept and the bathroom was spotless.

The continental breakfast was lacking variety. It needed some protein options and the bread options were limited. A few gluten-free options would be great. Wasn't happy with the assigned room on the first floor, it was dark and a bit dingy. Not as warm and inviting as the other floors.

We had a quiet, nicely furnished room with comfortable seating and balcony. The bed linen was high quality. Breakfast was simple (coffee, juice, cereal, toast/bagels) but adequate, could be crowded at times.

Wash basin design trendy but not really functional plus taps didn't want to turn off easily. Room safe in locked mode and it wasn't fixed for our visit.

We were close to what we want to see and stores.

Room: We have to do our bed each morning, we are not asking to change it; just have someone to do it. Garbage was not pick up (after 3 days we were getting a lot of garbage. No body pick up the dirty towels, we have to ask for new one and pound everything in the cornor. Breakfast: We did not like 3 days with a paper bag for breakfast, it was the same food for 3 days. We are missing the continental breakfast. Clean: Everything was clean when we arrived (bath, floor) But with no room service, no good breakfast and we have to do our beds each morning.

I liked my spacious room The best floors are 3 and 4 .The bathroom was nice and spacious . The hallway was open and had a nice view of where you eat breakfast. I was pleased to have free indoor parking especially with the snow storm we had.The location is great lots of restaurants and shopping mall.

The lobby is was small not very impressive. The elevator is slow . The breakfast was quite poor.. Coffee was so so . The only thing I enjoyed was a bagel and a glass of milk .

I had the notion in my head that I had paid less, and I would be going to a sub standard hotel. But my opinion changed as soon as I entered the lobby. The friendly English speaking staff was courteous, the lobby was clean, the rooms were big, and had adequate lighting. The bathroom was so fresh and clean. I have stayed in some 5star hotels and their quality hasn't been great at all. The cleanliness at Hotel Lindbergh was its biggest USP for me. The breakfast was served in bags (courtesy covid), but it was healthy and nutritious.

The mattress could have been better, but besides that I loved everything about Hotel Lindbergh. I have no complaints, and I spent quite a few hours inside too

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel was gorgeous inside, and the rooms were relatively well isolated from the other rooms and the hallways. The hotel was well located, with many bus stops nearby and a lot of shopping centres are also a quick walk away.

The beds were uncomfortable, the mattresses were way too stiff. The rooms were also very warm, the AC was on but didn’t work very well. The breakfast should include more vegan friendly options (soy or almond milk, more fruit).

Spacious, stylish, very clean room with big bathroom. The room was calm and very warm. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. Bus stops are nearby, very easy to go to the city center and the airport, a lot of places to eat within walking distance and a big shopping mall just across the street.

The breakfast was very basic, no fresh stuff like vegetables/ham/cheese, only bread with jam/peanut butter or cornflakes.

But too far out of town. We had a bus strike for 3 days of my stay making it difficult to get into the old town for entertainment
