Location was very good, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, also within walking distance to the train to the city.

A mini fridge in the room would have been very good. A mirror in the room would have been better as the only mirror was in the bathroom and lighting was behind you, so your face was in shadow when shaving or doing up your face.

the self check in is convenient. loved the new hotel vibe. pretty colors and deco.

there was one housekeeping staff who was very rude when i asked him about the pipe water not running. because the pipe head looked like a handle and didn’t occur to me to twist it to get the water running. clearly he had communications issues, because when i first told him no water in pipe, he just used a water scrapper to scrap the water on the floor. and then when i called the reception again to say the issue wasn’t fixed. he came back and when i showed him the issue, he sulked and did *icchh* sound and furiously turned the “handle” that is also the pipe head. and he left abruptly after that. it was so rude of that staff.

I travel and working from hotel at the same times. WIFI is strong enough. Room is comfortable. The first room we stay was not feeling good as we requested to change room. The staff attended our query friendly and we manage to change room. Bigger room and very comfortable stay

Just the tv coverage like not so good as keep hang and delay. Might be the weather keep raining that why affected

mattress, pillow & comforter was comfortable. simple, clean room, quiet area.. easy parking. easy check-in & check-out by machine.. staff was also kind to help strong shower water pressure 🚿

level 3, room 24 - the bidet beside toilet not working.. the faucet for shower was broken, the bath soap dispenser cover & pump was loose.. Husband awakened by 5+ morning prayer from mosque nearby.. (so if you are sensitive to noise, it might wake you..) I did not even hear it though. 😊

Staff were very attentive. The room was practical and well sized. Good water pressure, clean sheets and towels. Minimalist cute decor. Great value for money. The area is pretty busy and parking can be a bit difficult in the day, but there is ample parking in the evening. Easy to check in and check out.

Signal was weak for the TV channel connection, TV programme was lagging, as a result not enjoying.

It was clean and the shower works best while I had the iron and board in my room. There's a pantry area where there's microwave and water dispenser. There's 7/11, family mart and some restaurants downstairs. And Chinese hawker stalls from breakfast to dinner.

It's not well sound proofed.

Great location..7e, FM, Richiamo, Zus, Mixue is nearby.. Ample paid parking space. Room clean nice simple deco. Self checkin but there's staff guiding how to do it.

Tv no signal .call reception twice but no one came..

Room was small but comfortable. It's very clean. Everything is provided. Shld hv booked a room with window. The shower was excellent with good hot water. Checking in was easy with the kiosk. Overall, it was worth the value.

Everything was great

The warm water wasn't warm at all but it wasn't cold either. Lukewarm turning room temperature for the 'warm' shower. Otherwise, everything is great
