Large room with big comfortable bed. Comfy two seater sofa. Good size wardrobe and storage for clothes etc. Balcony overlooks car park but good views beyond. Very clean and peaceful. Big open areas in corridor. Reception and public areas impressive truly 4 star. Excellent and large shower. All modern and properly maintained. 10 minute walk into town with good selection of restaurants. Walkway into Town nicely planted. Lots of free parking.

Separate toilet and bathroom, throw back to old times. Nothing else to dislike.

Beautiful,spacious room with balcony,big comfortable bed,very clean,very bright and modern. Great bathroom . Continental breakfast with good selection of food,good coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Many car park spaces- outside and inside of the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the town centre with all the restaurants and bars. Really great place.

The breakfasts were really good. Huge selection of every kind of breakfast food you could think of. We had a lovely view over the river and there are lifts so you never have to do stairs. The pool was great and we used it nearly every day.

On some days our rooms were cleaned rather late

The whole hotel was excellent. The rooms have a balcony. We arrived during a storm on a motorbike and they checked if our room was available straight away which it was. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location for Pornic. Room was large and very clean. Good selection for breakfast. Dinner was delicious too. Private safe parking under hotel.

Very convenient location. Room was lovely, as were the rest of the facilities. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Brunch was great!

There was no vegetarian main course option at the restaurant which meant we couldn’t have our dinner here which was very disappointing in this day and age, especially for a newer hotel.

Nothing to dislike. Just one idea would perhaps be a sign for the hotel as you cross the small bridge into Pornic as we found the hotel difficult to find coming from the south even with a satnav.

This is a really good hotel just a few minutes walk out of the centre of Pornic, the underground car park is a real bonus as parking in town can be a problem. The hotel is only a couple of years old so everything is very modern and smart. The hotel is huge and was very quiet when we were there but I suspect gets busy during peak periods. We didn't use any of the facilities such as the dining room, bar, pool or gym but it's certainly got everything you might need.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel but it just feels a bit too generic in it's feel and design, a little clinical maybe meaning that it lacks any real charm. That's not really a criticism more just an observation. As a place to stay it's perfectly acceptable.

An excellent hotel. The staff team were both efficient and friendly, a perfect combination! The room was comfortable and very clean and up to date. Breakfast fantastic and the bar a great area to relax after work.

There is no way to improve! Everything from the moment of arrival was smooth and it was a very well run hotel.

Arrived at the hotel after a rather stressful journey, only to find I had booked the wrong date, (I was a week early!) Unfortunately I was not the most polite guest, even though it was completely my fault. The lady at reception was brilliant. With great skill and professionalism, she sorted the problem out in a most professional and courteous manner. The hotel quite simply is excellent, as one would expect of a brand new four star hotel. The only minor negative points were that it was adjacent to an on going developmet site with lots of construction noise, (This couldnt be heard internally however, due to the excellent sound insulation) and it is located outside the main town. These are minor points however. Everything was first class, including the breakfast. PS Did I mention the excellent reception staff!)

A great new hotel for its appearance, decor and facilities... Would recommend this hotel for its location too!

The set menu for dinner was limited with few choices and poorly translated into English. I thought I had ordered a beef steak, but it was actually a fish steak as they had omitted to put that it was a fish on the menu.They just printed steak and there were other translation mistakes on the rest of the menu. So I asked the waiter for a beef steak cooked instead, which they were happy to do, but the steak when it arrived was pretty ropey and I didn't finish it. Also the Housekeeping services where not to a 4 Star standard!
