There is everything you might need: It is very clean, IT has a kitchen with fridge, Coffee and Tea, little treats, clean bathroom with enough towels, a hairdryer and even shower products. The bed ist very comfy, you have enough storage to Put your clothes, the lighting ist good and there is also a big mirror. Even the Restaurant recommendations are great. We had amazing food that evening. The owner was very helpful also regarding where to park our Rental Car. The parking was nearby, for free and easy to find and felt pretty safe. Breakfast was via vouchers the owner gave us in a bar nearby and was good (we got 2 Cappuccino and 2 Croissants).
Communication is a Lot easier in Italian which can be difficult if you book very short term as there is no automatic communication regarding self Check in. So I recommend to book more than 30 mins before you get there to give the owner time to react and get to the accomodation. The owner is very responsive If you call him, so no big issue there also regarding the language.

Very well equipped and comfortable. Central heating. Helpful host. Near beach, park and main street.
Listing doesn't make very clear that kitchen is shared.

Helpful staff
It took time to find out properly and get keys. Bathroom was not connected to room. Balcony is facing broken building. Not so pleasant as on photos. Divan for sleeping not comfortable. Entrance to beach very fare.

There is a highway right in front of house, didnt get any sleep. Air conditioner portible and is loud as hell. There is not much sea view, house is blocking it.

nothing as it was a flatshare, this is not private
we thought it was our own place. also the view is awful. we thought the breakfast would be on the balcony. its just a voucher for breakfast 100 meters away. also the beach is not 100 meters, perhaps if you go by a drone
