For a budget hotel, this was a pretty good option, especially considering their daily rate. We'd be back. The staff was very nice (special shout-out to the cleaning crew), everything was clean, the workout room had good basic equipment, breakfast had good options.

There was nothing that would prevent us from staying there in the future. Just keep in mind this is a budget hotel with simple amenities (it feels old but recently refreshed). Location is good if you're driving but not walking.

The AC worked extremely well. There was plenty of grass for our dogs to walk around to go potty. I appreciate that there were two stations that offered poop bags. The breakfast options were pretty good for a continental breakfast. The room was clean and spacious.

There was no carpet in the room. So, one of my dogs was fearful to walk around. We had to put a comforter down for him to lay on. I prefer tile for the entryway into the room and carpet for the rest of the room. You have to go past another hotel to access this one. Thankfully, I had received a message from the hotel staff before I arrived to let me know.

Rooms were big and clean! Breakfast was decent. Water pressure could be better, but overall very comfortable. Noise level was low as I could not hear much from surrounding rooms through the walls which was a huge plus!

Hotel did not have record of my request for rooms to be close together. Rooms ended up being down the hall from each other, but everything else was great.

Breakfast was great with numerous options availablethe waffles were outstanding, and I appreciated the sugar-free syrup option..

My only complaint is that the shampoo, conditioner, and soap were highly scented. As soon as I opened them, I knew not to use them. My sensitive nose was not happy. An unscented option would have been nice. I know this isn't really important to most people, but it is to me.

Everyone on staff was pleasant and accommodating. We were greeted with smiles from all of them. Cleaning was going on constantly. This was the third time my husband and I stayed in this hotel.

The only thing was the water pressure. The shower was only a bit more than a trickle on some settings.

Everything was great and breakfast was as expected for the price. The employees we encountered on our stay and on the phone prior to arrival were super friendly and helpful. "Great staff" An extra blanket would have been nice because we are not used to the colder weather. We do realize we could have called for an extra blanket but were super tired and went to sleep.

Great customer service, easy check in. Room seems recently remodeled, everything was new and clean. Spacious room and friendly housekeeping staff. Location was perfect for our plans. And Breakfast had a good variety. Coffee was good. Great potential.

Still a lot of Work in progress, older hotel with low ceilings and elevator was a bit scary and outdated.

The Baymont by Wyndham has obviously been very recently opened or completely renovated. All the fixtures and furnishings are brand new and it has very modern conveniences like USB wall ports to plug your phone cables directly into. Everything about the room, including an incredibly low price for a room with a king bed, was great with one small exception explained below. Even with that small issue will definitely stay here again. Great place right off exit 1 of U.S. 75!

Only issue with my room, #363, was that the bathtub plumping was reversed, with the hot water coming from the cold water setting and visa versa. Took a while to figure it out but once I did everything was fine. Was told by the front desk that there are 3 rooms with that problem. Suggested they let the guests given those rooms know about the issue at check-in.

Very clean and comfortable! Staff were all very nice.

It was a little hard to find at first because the sign doesn’t stand out very well and it’s off the road behind another hotel, but it’s a brand new hotel also. The breakfast was good, sort of wish they had sausage or bacon as a hot option instead of just eggs, but they did have some sausage biscuits in the fridge that you could heat up so that was nice.

Breakfast so good and well stocked. Fruit was adequate but wish they would have had bananas. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with our needs.

People were smoking right at the front entrance. I know it’s hard to stop sometimes but having to walk through the smoke to get in wasn’t good since my wife is very sensitive to smoke.
