All people said about is noisy and not clean , but you have all you need to clean if you like , because the price is incredible, so like this the same can be double price, so if I go here again I will take this one , the air works better, all so good , at the price we paid!!! Location is beside the tram line, so easy to get to the town centre quickly and easily. Secure parking.

Hotel is in an industrial area, so the vibe isn't amazing.

The place was perfectly located (2 mins from the tramway stop) with great amenities such as the breakfast and the fitness room. The room has anything necessary for a long stay which is perfect. Once cleaned very comfortable and cozy, FEELS LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

The apartment was very dusty, the walls in the bathroom had toothpaste on them and some of the silverware was also dirty (BUT YET I HAVE TO PAY A 40€ CLEANING FEE FOR A PLACE THAT I CLEANED MYSELF). No sponge or dish liquid to wash the dishes had to purchase them myself. And the waste bin still had the previous owners trash which was not a pleasing welcome gift.

Location was convenient as we wanted to be close to the highway to leave the next morning. The beds were comfortable, after we made them.

After making a last minute non refundable booking we receive a message with the full terms. Checkin was between 5pm and 7pm Beds need to be made by the guests 300€ deposit for a one night stay held on the credit card. We tried many times with numerous messages to booking and the property to cancel the booking but we got no response so we proceeded with the booking otherwise we would loose the full amount.

The pool was an excellent feature and the office staff very courteous.

Had to make up our bed with the provided sheets and pillow cases. Airconditioner is effective but blows straight at the bed. When we arrived we had no idea how to get in as both the gate and the drive in area are locked. When we rang the number on the booking sheet, it gave us a recorded message in French which we couldn't speak. We ended up waiting for someone to come through the gates to get in. Not sure what we would have done if we had arrived very late. Hallways and lift areas need more attention to cleaning.

The room smelled like fish all afternoon and all night. Really bad. The extractor hood of the stoves in each room seem to be connected and you can smell your neighbors food while they are cooking. Lots of people, lots of loud people, screaming kids, loud bass heavy music around the pool area all afternoon, people blocking our window with their laundry rack.

Dirty kitchen and dirty/damaged equipment, awful smell in the whole apartment, dirty cooker hood (we didn't/couldn't cook there, because of the awful smell - we went to Burger King or a Pizzeria to eat), dirty bed and bedlinen (cigarette holes), blinds didn't close properly, WE cleaned everything on arrival, because it was Not Clean, but the disgusting smell was always there, not enough parking spaces, very loud from the outside, lots of mosquitos
