Our family had an exceptional experience at the Hilton City Center Hotel in Tangier, both during our summer visit and our recent two-week stay. The hospitality was outstanding , and every staff member was professional and welcoming , A special shoutout to the breakfast team , their service and cuisine were truly amazing , especially the Head F&B Supervisor “ Abdelmoughit“ , His professionalism and warm welcome truly stood out , He went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfect and personally attended to our needs. It made our mornings extra special , A heartfelt thank you to the Coordinatrice F&D “Imane” for her warm smiles and genuine hospitality. She greeted us every morning with such kindness and always ensured our needs were perfectly taken care of , We were oft served almost every morning by “Reda “ in the breakfast team whose warm smile and kind welcome made each day start beautifully. He took care of us with such heart and dedication, ensuring everything was perfect. His exceptional service truly stood out, and we are so grateful for his efforts in making our mornings so enjoyable.” , Their welcoming presence truly made our mornings delightful and memorable.” Additionally, we want to extend our gratitude to ”Soukaina“ at the reception. On our second visit, she was once again incredibly welcoming, perfect in her role, and truly passionate about her work. Her dedication made us feel right at home. ! We can’t wait to return!

We had a small issue with the shower in our room, as water would leak out no matter how careful we were. To manage it, we used towels to stop it from spreading. Additionally, we found it unfortunate that the room didn’t have any windows, which made the air feel quite stuck and uncomfortable at times.

The location and parking was excellent. Hotel is right next to Tanger city mall. The warm tea in the lobby was excellent! The staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was amazing. Breakfast on the terrace upstairs was fantastic with so many options and a great view. The cleaning staff and the room dining staff were lovely and so helpful. The car parking guys were very helpful too.

The check-in staff didn’t explain, when check-out was, what time breakfast would be served etc they just registered me a key and gave it to me. I had to then ask after these questions. It’s not a big deal to be honest but it would be better if they explained the processes properly. The sound from other rooms can sometimes be heard through. There was a swimming pool on the 13th floor, again the staff failed to mention that.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Tangier. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. Great that the train station and international clinic were directly opposite the hotel and the mall underneath it; thoughtfully located. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices, and a wide variety of Moroccan cuisine, my favourite. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Tangier, as it made my week holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10. An extra special thanks to all staff including Mr. Hatim, Mr. Salah, Miss. Hafsa and Mr. Zuhair who handled our breakfast lunch and dinner service with great attention and care. You work so hard I hope you are greatly rewarded. Special thanks to Mr Morad from the front desk, you are a diamond. Thank you for assisting us throughout our stay. The hotel is located near the train station which makes traveling from train to and from the hotel very convenient. It is linked to a mall. Due to its location, getting a cab and traveling to places is easy. We had planned to visit Chefchaouen for a day trip and the hotel reception, very conveniently, arranged a tour for us. The hotel staff is nice. We really enjoyed the food at the pool bar, it was served well and had good value for money.

There were stains on the room carpet. There was no tissue box in the room, just one in the bathroom. The bathroom needed renovation, tiles looked very old and there was no glass in the shower area.

The property looks like the pictures. The staff walk around with smiles and our very helpful. The $ breakfast is totally worth it! Big room and marble washroom. Comfortable bed, pillows were okay. Provide slippers :) we had a city view, and it was nice at night with all the lights. You can look out to the ocean while you have breakfast. Breathtaking.

Upon check-in we were granted a key to a room where people/belongings weren’t checked out— we had to return to the front desk and start the check-in process again. Apparently the software sais it was vacant, not necessarily a human mistake I supposed. The description states a beach as an amenity, this is wrong on behalf of Hilton- this let’s viewers assume we can walk out onto the beach — sun beds and restaurant but this is not the case. It is a short walk to a public beach (but this one is very busy, horses & feces, people; both adults and kids throw their trash anywhere.) but Hilton has no beach, they do have a nice roof top pool/bar to watch the sunset and ocean.

Lovely facilities, rooftop pool and bar and luxury transport. Right in the Ify centre providing excellent views and close to amenities and beach. Unfortunately I got sick during my stay and staff were extremely helpful; checking up on me and my children, arranged a doctor to see me and a babysitter to look after the children.

The door stop in my room had come off exposing a nail which I stepped on!

Beautiful, calm , clean , tidy , nice The stuff was very kind and polite especially the relationships assistance Name yousra Was very helpful, kind, helped us with booking and recommendations for visits and great wonderful advice + excellent and fast smooth check in My friend was with me and got a lot of help also from house keeping lamya , she was kind and excellent providing all needs of water tea coffee and sleeping stuff It was excellent and exceptional stay

Stuff are so helpful and nice all of them I remember some names like Wissal and Meriem so nice ladies but all the stuff from the security to front desk to cleaner waiters chief all of them are nice. Hotel is clean and very well located

Not the property but booking.com has put wrong information about the rooms and i made all my schedule based on the info that the hotel has appart hotel with kitchen to cook for my baby while it was a big mistake that would cost me a lot if the professional stuff of Hilton didnt intervene to help with best solutions for le and my family

The hotel is a wonderful example of '60s and '70s modernist architecture. It's well thought out and, if you like that design style, quite a thrill. The location is very close to the Central station and a fairly quick taxi ride down to the port. The hop on hop off bus is directly across the street and convenient. The bar and restaurant are also very nice. And the room was big and comfortable. I'm not sure what else one might expect for such a nice day

I can't think of any negatives. I suppose if you want to be very close to the Medina and historic part of the city this might not be your choice, but it's a fairly quick taxi ride to get there

Rooms are big, Clean and bright. Clean throughout and decorated tastefully. Nice and quiet lounge big enough for lots of people to lounge around. Breakfast is the best thing. Lots of choices and something for everyone. Pool is small but nice and calm area. Everyone at the property is very friendly, the breakfast staff and waiters and exceptional and so are the reception ladies. Most of the staff spoke good English. They were all very helpful in everything. The housekeeping ladies were very sweet and lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The shower doors do not close properly so water gets splashed on the fiole outside. The bathrooms don’t have air vents so sometimes you can smell damp and drain smell but quickly goes away after leaving the door open and the room air conditioning on.
