The hotel is very nicely located and within walking distance of everything one would want to see. The staff were really helpful and called when I was later than expected to tell me where to check in. They even gave me a welcome drink upon arrival, even though it was quite late (I checked in at their sister hotel). The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. There was a bit of street noise as it was Friday night, but otherwise it is a quiet neighbourhood.

The directions to the car park were not clear. A name of the parking garage along with the address would have helped. I followed google maps and it took me into a private parking area in the green zone, for which I had no sticker. Fortunately, no tickets were issued. A small change on the website would alleviate this error for others.

We travelled by a rental car and the parking was very close to the hotel which was very convenient for my mom and my aunt who are in their 70's. The hotel is located near the center so it was very easy for us to walk to the famous old bridge and enjoyed the city center. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was great however it was very very busy in the breakfast room that morning we were leaving. The guests have to que up to have breakfast and while we were having breakfast we felt not too comfortable because people were in and out the breakfast room, checking if there were seats available.

Very kind and accommodating staff. Hotel was upkept well. Fantastic location. Have stayed there before and would continue to do so if we're ever in Regensburg again.

The only way to get the car in and out of the garage is to have an employee at the desk work for you, and they are only at the desk until 20:00. If you want to take the car offsite for dinner or somesuch, you have to be back by 20:00 or else you can't get the car in. Also, if you want to leave before 7:00, the same restriction applies. It was kind of inconvenient during our stay, and it seems unnecessary in the days of keycard readers.

It was a small quirky hotel not far from shops, bars and restaurants. They had air con and a parking garage around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking garage was a little hard to find you have to drive down a pedestrian area and it looks like a small alleyway. When we eventually found it the door was shut so one of us had to walk back to hotel to ask them to press the button to get them to open it. But this was only a small inconvenience for the location of the hotel and secure parking.

It’s in old town but is also a close enough walk to and from the train station. The ac system is easy to use and there is an electrical box with usb sockets, etc. on one of the two nightstands. (It would be great to have one on each side!) All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a welcome drink provided too.

There was no ice machine in the hotel and there was no fridge in the room. We realize that these are small things, but we like to keep certain items cold. The staff were happy to give us a bowl of ice though. We slept really well as the bed was super comfortable, but there is a little noise that infiltrates from outside, with vans unloading goods in the early morning, etc.

Hotel Rosi is a very good boutique hotel in the centre of Regensburg. The check in process was excellent, with a complimentary drink for the whole family, and very friendly service. Car parking was provided at a cost of 10 Euro per night in a convenient parking garage only 2 mins walk away. Our family room was spacious and very clean, with two very comfortable double beds. Complimentary bottles of sparkling water was appreciated. Hotel Rosi is located in the Old Town part of Regensburg, and has all the shops and sights we wanted to see very close by. We would certainly choose to stay at this hotel again in future.

The pillows are very soft (we prefer firmer pillows), and the room on the third floor was a hot overnight, but we forgot to turn the air con on until quite late. The hotel appears to be an older building but has been renovated very tastefully. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave very early for our flight home, but the dining room looked very appealing. Shower and bathroom were a bit small, but perfectly functional and clean. Nothing else to complain about, everything worked well and was delightful! Many thanks Hotel Rosi.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet despite being so close to the old town, which is only a short walk away. The breakfast is excellent with a good selection of quality produce - the apple cake is wonderful! The parking garage is only a few hundred metres and the hotel gave us discounted parking.

There is nothing to dislike! Everything was perfect.

Great location. Very friendly, welcoming & efficient staff. We appreciated the welcome drink (had a beer & champagne) & the 2 bottles of sparkling water. The general atmosphere was very friendly. There is a lounge area to hang out if desired. Our bedroom No 305 was very quiet. I should say we were placed at the sister hotel called Am Peterstor, right opposite to Hotel Rosi.

Just a detail: the switch at the entrance of bedroom 305 only controlled one of the 3 lights.

The hotel is located very close to the railway Station and at the City centre. The staff were very helpful and responsive via messaging on booking.com. My train was delayed and I arrived very late at the hotel. But they had made arrangements for me to get the key and self check-in with no trouble. There is an elevator. The room was spacious and clean with good heating. The bathroom was big and was also equipped with a hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi signal in the room was strong. The breakfast was sumptuous with a delicious buffet spread. The main tourist spots were only a walking distance away. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here the next time I am in Regensburg.
