Very guest friendly and helpful owner and staff. Food for adults great and with local specialties. Pool and spa area good for kids and relaxing. Spacious garage and separate bike storage. Location still central but not in the middle of overcrowded town. Charging of EV without problems.

Room under the roof a little dark. Gym small and warm but ok for casual workout. We have seen better food options for kids but overall was ok.

Truly amazing staff. We came in late due to delays, but they stayed up for us and welcomed us outside the main entrance. They even brought food to our room as the hotel restaurant and other restaurants in town had closed. They really do make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, feels modern and traditional at the same time. The hotel has absolutely all facilities one would need for a stay on the mountain. The breakfast was also exceptional. We stayed at several hotels throughout the alps and surrounding areas, and this hotel easily had the absolutely best breakfast.

There are plenty of superlatives to say about this fantastic little gem in the Livigno Alps area, such as modern interiors, comfortable beds, functional rooms, great amenities, ski-in/out location, attention to detail etc etc. The biggest differentiator of all is however the hospitality of the staff. I stayed for a week with our 6 year old for a dad-son ski trip and the staff truly made it a delightful and memorable experience. It really felt like staying with good friends. I travel quite a lot and it really is rare to find this type of excellent and genuine service. Can certainly recommend staying here. Look no further

The headboard of bed and the couch in seating area are made of textile - which absorbs more powder than other materials (e.g. synthetic leather or velvet) - people allergic to powder might find it less comfortable.

I can't fault the hotel. The staff were excellent, a very warm welcome after a long drive. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and the hot options were delicious. We didn't eat in the hotel in the evening as there was so much choice in the village.

The facilities were amazing and the spa is fantastic

The restaurant was disappointing given the other facilities and got food poisoning from the evening meal. Spent the whole night being sick. Not good. It was the only place I had eaten all day.

You could hear the road noise. Neighbours smoking on the balcony, and our mattrass had a dip in it.

The front desk staff was very helpful and helped in all matters. The hotel is very clean and in the best location by the gondola. The architecture has been planned with good taste and nice mixture of modern and traditional design.

The hotel offers a great package and very friendly stuff. We very positive impressed!!! Beside all the nice convenience options the hotel offers for bikers (MTB) the possibility to clean the bike, tools for adjustments and a separate locked room.

For summer vacations it would be nice to be in the city center. With the free and powerful eBikes it is easy to ride 1km to city center.
