This is my second review as I extended my stay by one more day in this place As I mentioned before , clean , very comfortable , soho shopping center 5mins walk On the beach lovely place to relax Great staff helpful.

I took the full board Huge spread for food but nothing is tasty , desserts are good Too much crowd in the dinning area and people hoard food like they have never eaten before The wifi is very very slow Please don't buy anything from the souvenir shops in the hotel , it's better you shops at the old market.

Plenty of choice for all nationalities.

The way some people took advantage of the food on offer and filled their plates and left half of it, also loading there bags with food to be taken away from the restaurant. Although there are notices in several languages advising people not to do these things.

Sea was nice and you dont need to go anywhere for swim with fish. Alcoholic drinks was enough dont worry. Personel was kind and helpful and special thanks Karlos from Pool Bar and Bishop from Loby Bar:) Soho square was so close for night walks and also you can go other places with taxi in 15 min. Our flight arrived at night and reception was kind and take semi price for early check in. You can book boat trips from guys who are walk around in beach.

Mosquitos was painful and there is not protection for them in rooms. Room furniture was old but it not so important if it Clear. Balcony doors cant open from outside and there is nothing you can do if you locked outside. Foods was enough but not so tasty or not good for us, especially barbecu and pizza guy behave different to guests and he dont give you pizza if you dont fight for it. House keeping personnels was so kind ( especially Amir) but equipments were smelly. Please more animation for parents....

Perfect Hotel: five stars! -Location: 8 minutes from the airport -Staff: Amazing! Very welcoming, they speak English, Italian and Russian too! -Room: Wi-Fi, the room is very big; big bathroom, comfortable beds, big wardrobe and a balcony! The view is amazing! -Cleanliness: very clean, bathroom is equipped with everything and has a hair dryer! -Food: everything included, you can go at the dining area and eat whatever you like! Also at the bars by the pool/beach -Outside: I was amazed by seeing the amount of flowers, palm trees, and different type of birds. The corals and different type of fish are amazing! The building is unique. -Activities: plenty by the pool, and also a diving area by the beach! Coming back for sure!

Location is great, just 10 mins walk from Soho square. Food at restaurant tastes delicious and lots of varieties to pick. Amazing beach with spectacular snorkeling area. Special Thanks to Mr Samuel Receptionist for his support and professionalism. Big Thanks goes to Natali and Akon from animation team, specially beautiful Natali for embracing and entertaining our kid. It was my First visit but wont be the last for sure. Thanks for your hospitality Grand Oasis team!

We need more Beach activities ( like volleyball, aqua gym, etc ) than bellydancing, Yoga and darts. Also snacks are not tasty and repetitive, everyday fajita, hotdog and fries on beach, so doesn’t make sense to eat same food everyday and some people prefer to skip lunch and have just light snack till dinner time to remain enjoying beach time. Gym needs gym lol. Note: à La carte restaurants are free of charge at most of the hotels, just guests book a date and enjoy the meal, so please consider waiving charges for those restaurants.

Location: The airport is only 12 minutes away. The hotel is at Sharks Bay and the beach of the hotel is basically an aquarium. Once you jump into the sea, you will immediately face the kind of fish that you would see on a Ras Mohammed diving tour. Staff: Ahmed at front desk and Housekeeper Mahmoud were excellent. The staff in the restaurant area were professional. And considering these people are working 14 hours a day, I think their attitude towards tourists were great. Food: The food is good. You are definitely getting what you are paying for. I was reading some comments about food being very bad before I booked my room, and I would say to those people that you can always pay x5 price for a room next door hotel (Four Seasons) if you want better food.

Gym: This is a total disappointment. Covered with shade nets, just 6 old machines to work out. I think the gym is there to say we have a gym. Concierge: I wanted to book a desert tour but nobody at the hotel could help me. I felt like they wanted to help me but they didn’t know how. How is it possible that there is nobody at the hotel to book a simple tour.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Oasis, and we were absolutely delighted with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Special Thanks to Tamer and the Front Office Team: A special mention goes to Tamer and his team in front office management. They were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every need of ours was met. My mum turned 74 during our stay, and they arranged an amazingly decorated table for her, even offering to invite any guests we had. This thoughtful gesture made her birthday truly special. We had a brilliant start to our New Year at Grand Oasis. Unlike other hotels that suggested charging us for the New Year's event, Grand Oasis did not. Instead, they made sure we had allocated seats and goodies ready for us. We were spoiled with scrumptious food, a large and amazing variety of fruits (which we love), free-flowing drinks, and, most importantly, a very warm welcome. Tamer's dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident in how he handled a few ad-hoc requests, especially concerning my mum's low mobility. His professional nature and commitment to getting everything right, along with confirming our satisfaction, were truly commendable. We would also like to thank Omar and his team in housekeeping for maintaining high cleanliness standards. They ensured everything was spotless and comfortable for us. Grand Oasis is conveniently located around an 8-minute drive from the international airport, making transfers and our day trip to Cairo very handy. It's also just a 6-minute walk to Soho Square, there's a shuttle service to Soho Square every 15/ 20 minutes too until 11pm. We went there more than five times during our 8-day stay. A huge thank you to the entire team at Grand Oasis. They work collectively, very effectively, and efficiently, ensuring any hiccup is fixed right away. We hope to be back again soon

Drinks in flimsy plastic cups, this has to change to maintain the standard on offer

We stayed at this hotel in 2023 with my husband and daughter, and we really liked it. This year, we visited it for the second time with my large family and friends to celebrate my and my mother's jubileums. I love staying at this hotel; it’s fantastic! The staff is very kind and friendly! I especially want to thank Omar (he made our evenings enjoyable; we danced and sang, and he has an incredible smile) and Taric (he is a very charismatic person and always gave us advice about the spa and massages; it was magical! I highly recommend trying them!), Yasser and Ahmed (for the delicious food and organizing the Swedish table; it was brilliant and ideal!), and Ahmad Sherbinia (for cleaning and the cute animals made from towels). Perfect value for money at the hotel!

This hotel is great, fantastic resort and very clean and well kept. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and great offerings in the buffet for all inclusive. Hotel has a shuttle down to Soho Square every 30 mins from 8pm-11pm although it only takes 10 mins to walk there. It’s one straight line from the hotel gates.

The hotel has a policy where you cannot reserve sun beds however all guests do and there were days where I couldn’t get a sun bed because they were covered in towels. So I joined everyone else and reserved 8am each morning. I stayed all inclusive but didn’t make use of the alcoholic drinks so can’t comment on those but the soft drinks were very strange in taste especially carbonated drinks so I stuck to juice or bottled water. Drinks are served in very small plastic glasses.

Restaurant staff amazing. Front desk very attentive. Arrived early and were accommodated. Regular Shuttle to Soho Place.
