Location is amazing but the star is Giulia. We had four nights in Rome, and she helped us map out our days perfectly. Go for lunch where she tells you. Go for gelato where she tells you. Location- quiet and safe. You can walk to anything you want to see in 15 minutes or less. Bathroom- water pressure is better than in my own home. Cleanliness- 10/10. Communication- 11/10. After 10 days of navigating different B&Bs from Salerno, Sorrento, and Naples, this stay was beyond and above THE BEST.

The host was amazing and friendly, she was very informative showed us how to get around and places to visit and gave recommendations for restaurants that were great ! We checked in late and we were given clear instructions of how to find them and get in. It’s in a good location and is in walking distance of everything we wanted to see and not far from termini station which was great as we got the train to and from the airport. Good value for money especially being in the centre of Rome, would return and recommend to friends/family that want to visit.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, only thing I would say is it could do with a little freshening up with some paint in the room and bathroom, in the bathroom there was some damp on the ceiling

Giuliana is the most nice person we met in Rome. She gave us good reccommendations and help us a lot with everything. She is so cute and the best host me had in Europe. Apartment is great everything was clean and comfortable. It is close to the Piazza di Spagna and Santa Maria Maggiore. You can easily find everything when you have host like Giuliana. You can contact her about everything. She made our visit chilling and we felt safe knowing we can call her. Apartmant is very safe place behind 2 doors and it smelled so nice. She is the best!!!!!!

We didn't like that we stayed for just 4 days there we are coming back fore sure!!! AVE GULIAAA !!!

Perfect location (15 minutos away from Fontana di Trevi walking), amazing hospitality and reception, the host was incredible gave us tips to visit the city and was always amazing with us (even gave us the possibility to Check in a little sooner and kept our bags, on the cheek out day so we could visit a bit more comfortable on our lasts day)! Comfortable and clean room! Would definitely recommend it to a friend! And would repeat this location on another travel to rome!

Very good location, easy walk to great cafes, restaurants, train station, and Metro. Easy to get to all the touristy stuff and bus tour stops. Gulia the host was exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming, excellent English skills to help easily fill in the communication gaps. She had a lot of great recommendations. Overall we were very happy. The residence is a 4th floor apartment partitioned as a B&B. Wasn't immediately obvious from the street but the buzzers are labeled. There are elevators. Our room was one large room with en suite. Full bed plus 2 cots for the kids fit easily. Bistro style table and stocked snacks were appreciated. A/C was also much appreciated.

Bathroom was quite small and opening to shower was narrow/awkward around toilet. But it was clean and certainly worked.

Giulia(staff manager) was very helpful and friendly. She is the life of this apartment and makes your stay comfortable and welcoming. She went out of her way to explain all the details and recommendations for exploring Roma.

It was a bit loud from passing vehicles.

We stayed for 5 nights. This property was VERY clean and it had large rooms. It was cleaned on a daily basis. The location was also great. The amenities were amazing and had everything one needs. It was quiet, away from the over crowded streets, but close enough to walk to the main attractions. The BEST part was the host, Julia. She is AMAZING. She truly went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, safe and at home. She has AMAZING hospitality and truly cares about her guest. I have never experienced such care and love at any place I’ve stayed. My parents also felt comfortable during their first long trip abroad. I would def stay here again and would recommended to others!

The room was very cosy and spacious for my family of three. We really enjoyed the big windows to let in the fresh air, and the walk in shower which was very easy to get into for my older parents.

The fan in the room only worked when the lights were on which was not great when we went to bed because the room was very hot. However, it wasn't too bad.

Giulia is a gem! She was so helpful with all the details of the accommodation as well as recommendations and booking a taxi. The accommodations were very comfortable. The bathroom in the suite we were in had amazing vintage ‘70s tile work!

Walls are a bit thin and you might hear your neighbor. That’s to be expected anywhere in Italy though.

The amazing host Julia (spelled Giulia in Italian) made our stay in Rome FABULOUS!!! This was actually our second time staying with Giulia in the last four weeks- we came back because of Giulia. She recommended the best restaurants and where to get the best gelato in all of Rome… no kidding. We’ve been traveling in Italy for over a month and her gelato recommendation was the best… proof was we met someone from the American Embassy while waiting in line who told us it was the best in Rome!! So delish. This place is super clean, comfortable, has everything you need and is in a fantastic location. We have one child who is four and Giulia even lended us a stroller. The stroller was a life saver on a long tour. We fell in love with Rome. I think this is because Giulia made sure we had an amazing experience. Thank you, Giulia!!!
