We stayed here due to buying a new house in the area. We did extend our stay. Breakfast was hot and the attendant was WONDERFUL! She knew I like flavored creamer and would make sure I had a few every morning for my coffee! She was the most delightful person and it made my day to see her smiling and so happy! You definitely have a jem in her!! The front desk was Awesome! They helped us extend our stay and was always ready to help. Check in and check out was a breeze! Our room was nize size and clean! The beds were very comfortable and we slept very good during our stay. There is no complaints from me this is a wonderful hotel and the staff makes it even more great! I know where to stay if I need something in town or to send visiting family and friends.

Upon arrival temp of room was 84 degrees. VERY uncomfortable. Also, Shower valve kept drooping....so it went hot. If there were a child in there they would've been scalded. I let the front desk know about it on our departure. The staff was VERY friendly and courteous especially the lady attending the breakfast area.

Phillip was on the front desk and was excellent. He made me feel valued as a customer. Loved the spa. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was all overcooked. Lots of boat trailers in the parking lot. I realize there's nothing you can do about that but it was difficult to park. A bit on the pricey end at $200. Prefer $140-150 range.

Katrina handled the breakfast on Monday. She was pleasant and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Great Customer Service !!!

The only thing I thought was strange was the desk person. When we got there to check in the evening of Oct 1 she was no where to be found. We waited for 10 minutes for her to come from the back to check us in. Went to the desk a couple more times that night - she wasn't there.

The man that checked us in was fantastic! He really did go out of his way to make sure that our stay was exactly what we needed it to be. I didn't do a good job in booking the rooms and he corrected everything so that it could accommodate my family.

A lot of the breakfast items were not restocked and there was a note on the refrigerator to check the milk for spoilage before using. My 10 year old niece did not read the note and had an unpleasant surprise.

The staff were the ABSOLUTE BEST during check-in which was awesome because I was super tired from driving the five hours to get there and I was ready to get to my room and lay down. The room was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We stayed in the queen suite which had two queen sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The beds were super comfortable which made the money spent worth it. I will definitely stay here again if I ever decide to visit Gadsden in the future.

The ONLY complaint I have is the neighbors that were directly above us had some hyper kids that sounded like they were playing basketball all night and when you are tired and REALLY want a good nights sleep that is the LAST thing you want to hear. I am a mom myself so I know how it can be at times. My 22 year old son decided to play music on an app so we could tune out all the jumping and listen to the rain so we could get some sleep. The app worked and all was well with life once again. lol

Close to interstate, nicely remodeled, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, friendly attentive staff, and hot breakfast.

No major issues but our room key had to be swiped multiple times before the reader would pick it up.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. The breakfast area was clean and functional with charging stations and the breakfast was standard HIE fare, but well prepared, hot and tasty.

The breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly. The dining area was clean and cozy with plenty of space for social distancing. That Dove body wash and lotion in the room smelled heavenly. And everyone I passed in the halls was kind, helpful, and friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay.

I wish there were more dining options nearby but the hotel is conveniently situated close to a Walmart and a few fast food chains. So that was okay. I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like about the hotel at all.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The staff was also nice. The breakfast was really good as well.

Can't think of nothing negative to say.
