The property was in an ideal location to get to the centre of Positano, Andrea the host and the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The room was super spacious with a huge balcony and the woman doing breakfast in the mornings was fantastic. Very attentive and so happy to help. The rooms were super clean. The view for breakfast on your balcony was unmatched and so memorable.

there was nothing we didn’t like. Yes there are a lot of steps but what do you expect in Positano. It is clear from the map you are on a hill. There is a bus that drops off outside everyday if steps are an issues. We have no issues and enjoyed the exercise.

It was amazing. Andrea was a fantastic host and helped me not only with the room, but with my entire stay. He helped me find transportation, restaurants etc. Highly recommend.

great location (cannot avoid steps, regardless of where you stay) the place is on the main road that takes you in and out of Positano, so it’s great for checking out neighbouring towns. there is a bus station very close as well. a lot of space and storage at the B&B. large balcony that is quite private. the hosts are very supportive and helpful with recommendations and assistance. I would 1,000% stay here again.

shower is a tad small, needs a doona option as well as coverlet. there were mosquitos due to the summer. bring repellant

Although it is a 10/15 min walk uphill from the beach front of Positano (there is a bus service ) , it is this setting up over the town that allows for an amazing vista from the private balconies - to where a very good breakfast is brought to you in the morning (including cooked eggs) allowing you to start your day with picture postcard views of the town. the rooms are very large and well appointed , the private en-suites are also very good . The host Tiziana (once you find her!) is a lovely woman : warm, friendly and helpful . Positano itself is beautiful ... but very expensive.... i'm assuming anyone going to visit has done their research and already knows that! i would definitely recommend this property to anyone and by Positano standards it is one of the more reasonably priced.

i had given our arrival time but when we arrived we waited for about 25 mins outside the property unable to enter , i rang the number provided by booking.com multiple times and also the buzzer at the house without answer. it was just pure luck the cleaner had parked her car there and came back to get it. you have to check-in in another property run by the owners about 50 metres away - which we were not made aware of at any stage and does not say on booking.com. unfortunately i cannot remember the name of the other property but you walk passed it on the way to Maison Liparlati . As i said earlier though - once we found Tiziana she was very nice and helpful. the wi-fi in our room was very weak - which didnt matter to us but maybe important to some

The breakfast on the private terrace was amazing, one of our favourite parts of the property. The room was large and pretty with a vaulted ceiling. The hosts were amazing, very communicative, and willing to help us with a late check in.

The bed was uncomfortable, the door to our bathroom didn’t close, and all around the property there were lots of little bugs like ants. There was also very little insulation so we woke up at 7 when they started preparing breakfast.

VIEW! The most amazing spot for sunset. Room is spacious and has a lovely beachy feel. Breakfast was wonderful. Shower was great. Beach towels provided! Two pillows each.

Mattress was springy and uncomfortable. Not a con because was communicated on booking.com site ahead of time, but just a heads up parking is 50 euro per night.

Room was spacious and clean. Very central - great location. Breakfast offered was good each morning.

Pool was not open for the duration of the stay. The rooms are not soundproofed, when we stayed only 1 guest checked in on our last day and we could hear them very clearly in their own room. Shuttle booked for us to get there was not helpful and left on the side of the road, however this was rectified and the shuttle going back to the airport was very efficient.

The place was beautiful! The host was wonderful and so helpful! We had an amazing breakfast on our balcony with a beautiful view. We had a hard time finding the place. We typed in the address in google maps and used the walking directions, which were not accurate since the path to the B&B is basically all stairs. We walked from the port up to our room and it was truly so exhausting. I would advise anyone to not bring big suitcases because you will have to carry it up a ton of stairs. We traveled with backpacks which was a great idea for towns like this that require a lot of walking and stairs. Once we learned the correct path to get from town to the B&B it was only a 15-20 minute walk. However, I did see some bus stops near the B&B so you could take the bus if you don't want to walk.

Titziana was quite nice when we checked in. Her communication throughout our 4 day stay and leading up to it was good and helpful. Her food recommendation were great too. The breakfast on the balcony was delicious (especially the juice) and only made better by the view. The location compared to the city center is good. It's too far to walk back up from the center, but the bus ride was short and only €1.30. Walking down is east, just remember the roads are narrow and busy so pay attention as you walk around the bends. All in all it was a good, I would stay there again.

Maybe get a full-length mirror for the rooms. It was that good that, this is my only complaint.

Tiziana checked in before and during the stay. She was an excellent host and made sure we were able to get to Maison Liparlati via the public Sita Buses ok (make sure to double check the bus stop on google as it is very close to the bus stop!). Views were exceptional and the breakfast daily was superb. It is noted that mini market are about 7 mins down the road while the central shops and further the beach were down many stairs (which most should know of Positano).

As mentioned it is a bit far from mini market but we didn’t mind this, however others may find this a deterrent. The cost of the place was one of the cheaper places but still costly however the experience was well worth it!
