The apartment is set in a beautiful old palazzo. Incredibly high ceilings and stucco on the walls live alongside nice modern furnishings. Our room accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids happily. Bathroom is compact but functional and includes amenities and hair dryer. Breakfast is wonderful, varied and abundant - a great start to the day. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day, and soft drinks and juice is self service from the fridge with a box to leave payment. There's an elevator to get you up the stairs if you have heavy luggage. All the staff is super welcoming and helpful. The hotel is right next to a metro station and convenient for sightseeing. Guidebook and magazines in the lounge area were very useful to plan our visit. Would definitely return.

Great welcome. Offered a welcome drink too. Staff helpful in offering suggestions for restaurants. Good breakfast - hot options were very welcome. Departure was easy with Dante house offering to hold luggage until pick up in the afternoon and a key to get in to pick it up. Great central location.

Difficult to think of any negatives. Some noise from neighbouring rooms but not too intrusive. Light in the inner courtyard on a couple of nights disturbed sleep.

The location of the hotel is great. Near old city on one side and right next to the via Toledo on the other side. Metro station is few meters away, plenty of bars and restaurants... and yet, not noisy since our room was facing the inner courtyard. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Considering this is a small hotel, there was plenty of choice for breakfast, which was very tasty. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you Theresa (I hope I remembered the correct name) for all the advice. You were excellent. :)

Dante House is in the old town exactly where you want to be to have easy walking to the top places to visit in Napoli. The metro is a 2 minute walk, which takes you to Garibaldi station and trains to Pompeii. The property is excellent: a spacious room with a comfy bed, soft towels, great shower, fantastic continental breakfast with so much choice, staff who are so happy to help with anything, and quiet. We could use the dining area whenever we wanted and free coffee and tea was available, an honesty box was also there if you wanted soft drinks or wine/prosecco.

The rooms are lovely and the location very central with a metro station outside fo easily linking all parts of the city. The breakfast was lovely with a broad range of options. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here a few times and the first time it was a little unclear where to go, they provide a set of instructions of how to enter.find the building which are helpful however, lack clarity at times. Particularly when you are arriving late at night.

Really good hotel. Location is excellent, as you're in the middle of the city center, but the rooms are quiet. The staff was great and the breakfast was really good.

We arrived by car and the hotel is working with a parking garage nearby. Even though I Googled the parking garage and the reviews were not great with scamming customers as the common outcome, we tried this parking garage on the recommendation of the hotel. And sure enough, we also got scammed. Even though we paid for a full day of parking, we had to pay another half day in cash, because according to them we checked out at around 11:00, but arrived at the parking garage at 13:00, even though we arrived at the parking garage at 16:00 the day before. But unfortunately you have to leave you car keys at the parking garage, so no way to argue with them. I would recommend the hotel to work with another parking garage or make sure they don't scam hotel guests.

Perfect location to explore the back streets and walk ways of the old city and live the culture. Convenient for a lot of attractions and all tours did pick up from Dante Square. The room was amazing and to a high spec. We stayed in room #6 which is positioned in the corner with view over the street and square. Can be a bit noisy at night but we did not mind that. Finally the staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. A great relaxed hotel that felt like home.

just a gentle note: check-in requires coordination with the staff regarding your arrival time. While the messaging may seem a bit stringent, rest assured they are generally on-site and accommodating.

Large stylish room, the fresco on the ceiling was incredible! Excellent location and friendly but professional staff.. Breakfast was great too!! Lovely fresh pastries, meat and cheese, homemade natural yogurt, fresh fruit, toast and cereal. All beautifully presented. Having quality coffee/tea and refrigerated cold drinks including wine and lager available 24hrs a day was a bonus too, loved the honesty box system.

It was pretty perfect but the only thing I noticed was The shower cubicle in our room needed updating. The actual shower was very good but the enclosure was a bit tired.
