Fantastic, comfortable, flexible, great value to price ratio. Parking provided on spot, well equipped apartment in a nicely refurbished building. Large pool outside, huge balcony. It was also a big plus we could take our dog with us. We did not manage to get there on time when the reception was still open due to heavy traffic, but the staff was extremely helpful through direct phone contact and made the check in smoothless so that we could still get our room despite being late. The location is great.

Only some minor comment, unfortunately we could not find any recycling bin in the building for plastic, cans and paper, only for glass. Despite this everything was perfect, it has been just a bit strange - or maybe we weren't looking carefully and it was hidden somewhere.

We arrived in the early evening after the reception closed. Got a call from the company, and later extensive information on how to find the location and keys. The room we got was spacious, bright and clean, with a view of the marina. Absolutely the best room and value for money we had during our stay in the region. Only regret is that we did not find this pearl earlier, as we would have stayed there several nights. We had to leave early in the morning, before the reception opened, in order to reach our flight. Our apologies to the staff for forgetting to send a message that we had left the room. All in all an excellent stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

It was clean and bright with a lovely view of the marina and the pool. Very helpful staff too. Huge, spotlessly clean pool which is in the sun all day (and we often had to ourselves). Beautiful beaches and restaurants a short walk away and if your room is high enough (book a sea view room as you can also see the pool and marina), you can see the sea, Cannes in the distance and Mandelieu castle. A beautiful part of the world - we loved every minute of our stay.

No sunbeds or shade / parasols at the pool. No pool games allowed either. This did not spoil our stay there in any way, we just think booking.com/the Apart Hotel should make it clear that the apartments are part of a residential complex and there are quite strict rules around the use of the pool.

We just slept in here, we liked the access - simply parking downstairs and using the elevator to reach the apartment. View from the window on the yacht/boats port is amazing. Place was clean, You had larger balcony to stay outside, bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pleasant and friendly contact with the staff. Swimming in a pool the following day - we could stay above the checkout time of the apartment suited us a lot! There is a shopping centre in the nearby where You can equip Yourself in breakfast necessary articles.

The kitchen might have been larger - You barely could fry the eggs here. Otherwise we were satisfied.

Wow! What a view from our room! We could see from Cannes all the way to Theoule from our balcony. Beautiful sunsets and sunny mornings. The room was very well equipped and the little touches like coffee pods, dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets make travelling light much easier. A lovely welcome from the gentleman on reception too.

If i ever go back to Napoule i would go to this hotel again. Nice Pool, not too crowded, nice Balcony with City view, clean Bathroom, Shower gel smelled very nice, clean Sheets and enough Kitchen utensils from Ikea. Air condition. Enough storage place. Near a large Supermarkt so we could buy materials to cook.

Matress and Pillow were too soft for me. Elevator was not working properly. No toilet around the pool.

Spacious room for family. Comfortable bed. Shower with good pressure. Huge swimming pool (2.8m at deepest end). Great view of the pool and marina. Free parking. Helpful staff. Washing machine & dishwasher in the room (not used)

Finding the place wasn't obvious as it's such a huge complex but the signs didn't indicate the apart-hotel. It's in fact next to the pharmacy.

We did late check in because spent a lot of time driving and very nice Madam helped us with everything. We also had parking slot for our car. Right next to the hotel there is big supermarket where you can buy what you need to cook. There is a kitchen and it is quite enough for cooking. The view from the room was to the town and is was nice. We liked the balcony ☺️

Everything was really good, well equipped and very clean, with nice views of the mountains. It was in a good location, near to beaches, the motorway and an excellent supermarket. The swimming pool was superb.

Our sunblind was broken and couldn’t be lowered for shade.

The apartment had top quality fittings, bed linen and towels. We were upgraded to the 16th floor. The views over Cannes Bay were amazing. The cooking facilities were adequate.

It was listed as an Aparthotel but there were no hotel facilities, e.g. bar, restaurant etc. There were no loungers round the pool, only benches??
