The staff were amazing!! Very clean! The breakfast was good but quite standard - nothing exceptional. Still great value for money!

The walk to the main streets were short but still a good 10 minutes or more, so best to keep this in mind. Taxi's need to be booked as they rarely pass the entrance without already being in use.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Kettle is metallic so can boil water. Buffet breakfast is also good. They had some Indian options too. Pool is relatively small but still good. Got a small gym and a table tennis outside. 20 mins walking distance to beach Bathroom was nice & clean.

Hotel location is next to sewage. Make sure the room doesn't open to the sewage side. There is no smart TV. But had local channels.

Booked my last night in Bali here and loved it. Check in process was smooth, staff were always friendly. Breakfast had a good selection, even a seperate Indian menu. Room was spacious, had a desk so I could get some work done and overall comfortable. Location is not on the main street and its quiet. Its a bout a 7-10 min to get on to one of main streets for food and shopping. Beach was about a 15 min walk

The hotel is at a very good location. By Cab it is very close to the seminyak and Kuta beach and close to the Legian Street and Seminyak market. The cab from the hotel to these places will cost around 4 to 7 USD depending upon the traffic. The hotel is in a slightly off market area but close to the markets which is good. The breakfast spread was quite good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and well arranged. Our request for early check in and connecting rooms was noted and the same was available as soon as we reached there. I would recommend this hotel. Given the facilities and the type of hotel the price is quite rational and reasonable.

Stayed in the Suite this trip and loved it. It is quiet as it is at the back of the resort. Very spacious room with an outside bathtub for those who enjoy a good soaking tub. Staff were amazing, couldn't fault anything. We really enjoyed having our room serviced in the morning and then again early evening for the turn down service. Bintang that took care of our room was wonderful and tried to help anywhere he could... amazing young man! Overall we loved our stay at the Fairfield by Marriott and will definitely be going back on our next trip.

Need to turn on the air-conditioning in the restaurant on hot days - it was very unpleasant eating in the heat.

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations! Every single staff member was so lovely and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was delicious and a perfect way to start the morning. The rooms were really clean, comfy and the curtains kept the room so dark. The other facilities such as the pool and the ping pong table were bonus additions that made this place so memorable. If I were to come back to Bali, I am glad to know that I will not have to look at any other places as we would 100% stay at this accommodation again.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. very nice restaurant with good coffee, great pool and pool bar and nice open view from my room on the 5th floor. The location is within 5 minutes' walk from supermarkets, pharmacy, and authorised money changers. Taxis and motor taxis come within 3-6 mins.

The room is noisy, but it's ok if you are using earplugs. I wish they could update the windows with more insulating double glazing. Also, the gym could be a bit bigger and more extended as they do have the space around it.

We stayed 22 nights and overall it was good. I don’t give it a 5* though because we had an issue with the original room that we booked. The balcony door didn’t close properly so that it was very noisy because of the wind. This was solved because we moved to another room. I the service of the staff is a 5* rating. Provided that ALL the staff are fantastic! I want to mention the Excellent service in the restaurant and would like to shout out these 4 people who gave me such a special attention that made my stay memorable. Wayan, Tasya, Ari and Riska. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing. They were attentive, polite, friendly and made my family feel really welcome. They checked in on is every day and made sure we were enjoying our time and to see if there was anything extra that we needed - it felt really genuine which is unusual in chain hotels.

Nothing negative to say about the property. The only minor downside is it is about a 15 minute walk to the beach (if that is important for you and you have mobility limitations). You can use the small lanes to avoid the traffic walking to the beach- it took us a few days to work that out.

Food options were plentiful and presentation very appealing. Good value for money for excellent tasty food. Bar staff were very pleasant and obliging when asked about the various drinks available. Our house keeping group were never seen and upon each return our room was prepared and water & condiments restocked.

Not enough comfortable lounges around the swimming pool although limited space did not help. Unfortunately the swimming pool area is predominantly in the shade due to its position on the property. We used the beach more.
