The staff are always warm and welcoming. The facilities are so clean. It's right off the freeway so it couldn't be more convenient. I love the courtyard on the inner side of the building. It feels like your own backyard. The shower has great water pressure and they don't waste little plastic bottles. They have larger dispensing bottles of nice-smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pool was cool and wonderful for an 88° day. We love the breakfast in the morning as well. This is our favorite place to come to close to home.

4th year in a row returning. This year was a bit different.

Not one to complain but this year sure was different. :( This year we couldn’t use the pool one day because the guy doing the grout around pool said it needed to dry for 24 hours and we had to get out of pool. However, the pool never closed that day… We go there for the pool since our boys are autistic. Another day we had problems with the cleaning ladies leaving something in our room and not filling the soap dispensers. Then, a lady guest yelled at my son not knowing he was special needs just because he asked her ‘why’ when she told her girls to get out of the pool. Just a whole different experience this year :(

We arrived late Friday night and I called ahead to let them know. They opened and set up the pull out bed for my kids and left cookies on the table and milk in the refrigerator. Breakfast was delicious, hot, well-stocked and had so many choices for food and drink. The staff literally couldn't have been nicer. Pool was clean, heated and the area was very nice. The hotel sits in a shopping center with easy access to all restaurants, coffee shops, specialty stores and a Rite Aid (which we needed and loved being able to walk to).

Nothing, it was perfect in every way.

It was so cozy and comfortable! Staff is incredibly pleasant, breakfast was nice, and there were a lot of military and firemen guests, which made us truly happy since we appreciate them so much. All around a lovely stay. We will be back! Thank you!

It was a challenge to get our Yorkie to use the spot assigned for his needs.... He has a mind of his own, but it wasn't a problem.

Loved the rooms, location, that it felt safe, breakfast, common areas and the staff. It was next to the highway but it wasn’t noisy at all. They had a casino shuttle too, which we didn’t use, but it was a nice offering. The staff, I’ll say again, was amazing!!

The jacuzzi was broken :/ Unfortunate because that’s one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

All the shopping...the Casino and food places...I just love Alpine..it's quint atmosphere and nice people...I like Maria who helped me with my room issue...my fault...Very helpful...super kind

The noise by my room..sounds like a gun being shot. There are quite a few Military men staying here...so I felt safe...

Well kept property convenient to the highway and at the back of a strip mall of stores and restaurant. Our rooms were on the backside - with shade and a fire pit and places to sit. Beds, bath, all fine.

Our room was equipped with microwave and refrigerator, but they weren't plugged in and it was a little interesting to figure out which plug went with which device. Some of the cords were stretched tight to get to the outlet. Light switch location for the bathroom was not at all intuitive.

Cute buildings and grounds. Nice pond, cascade, garden setting in center of motel rooms. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Convenient stopover between Tucson and LA. Good value and half hour to San Diego Zoo.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and the pool area was pretty clean. We were able to check in early and enjoy the pool before we went to the casino later on

The bed was so uncomfortable, they were very stiff. Those beds could really use a pillow topper. I also didn't like that the switch for the restroom was on the opposite side of the restroom it just made no sense. I went crazy looking for it. I had to go flipping all the switches to find the right one.

Clean.

The variety and quality of the breakfast should be improved. The hours that breakfast is available should be extended to 10 am on weekdays. They should provide few bottled water in the room.
