The location is nice, the hotel is new, the rooms are big enough, the breakfast is enough. Very glad to stay here❤️

There was dust in the kettle and on the glass tray. When I told them they changed it. I had to go to reception to say this. The only way to reach the reception is to call +49. There is no telephone included in the hotel line in the room. I'm from outside Europe and my phone is in airplane mode in Europe. So I couldn't call reception. Having to make a GSM call to reach the reception is very challenging. As I was staying with my child I couldn't leave the room, so I had to wait in the morning to say this... they fixed the dirty stuff problem 👍

The people at the front desk were helpful. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, but I don't eat very much so I found it very expensive for my small meal. Love the USB charging plugs in the room - very convenient as you don't need an adapter to charge your devices. Great location; just a few minutes walk from the train and right across the street from the Zoo and gardens.

The shower is open at the end so part of the floor and the toilet got wet. Breakfast is expensive.

Breakfast was fairly good. Good selection. Scrambled eggs were soggy though.

Shower wall panel allowed water spray onto bath floor if not careful.

Good standards throughout The staff were very polite and professional. The hotel provided a cot for free, and staff also prepared the sofa bed very readily, although we only asked on arrival. Breakfast was tasty, and the selection of food was great. The breakfast room was a bit crowded due to a family gathering and the people from said party were not very considerate about other guests at the hotel.

The reception was understaffed on the Sunday, which resulted in long waiting times at checkout.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff that checked us in were wonderful.

The vending machine was down the whole time. When I inquired about where I could get a snack or drink the front desk employee just replied the machine was broken and the bar was closed. I had stayed at the hotel while my family went out because I wasn’t feeling well. I just needed something to take some medicine and there wasn’t an option for anything. Everything else was very nice.

New and modern hotel, with clean and well furnished rooms. Within walking distance of the train station, where you can take public transport into the city. Friendly staff. The possibility to decide whether we wanted breakfast at the hotel or not on a daily basis. We had breakfast once, and the selection of foods was good. There was a tea kettle in the room. The bar had a nice selection of drinks.

Parking in the hotel parking was a bit expensive. There is a cheaper parking lot across from the hotel though. Not many facilities such as restaurants near the hotel, but that didn’t bother us much.

Everything was great. Big, clean and very quiet room with extra comfortable bed. Very big showe. We had parking outside and it was free. The hotel is very close to the train station and there are some rooms (as ours) grrat for train spotters, but even so there are extremly quiet! The zoo is just few steps away and you can see animals just passing by (we saw elephants, giraffes, flamingos etc without entering to the zoo!). The city center with beautiful castle is only 2,4 km. Great location! Just a quick drive from the highway and so close to everything!

The staff were great. Bed was comfortable. Happy to have the extra pillows.

Rooms were a bit to small. Our luggage was difficult to maneuver as there just wasn't room to lay them open. Hair dryer had a super short cord that didn't stretch out. If you did stretch it the cord would short out. The plug was inserted correctly. Short was by the dryer handle. It was a pain to use.

I got stranded in Karlsruhe by German train nonsense. Since I had to stay the night, I booked a night here. I was exhausted and grumpy. The staff were warm and kind, the room was great, and I feel into a deep sleep that lasted right up to when I had to leave next morning. I was able to continue my journey feeling rested and grateful.

Because of construction work at the train station and the way the hotel is built, I did not find the approach very pedestrian-friendly, even though it is right next to the train station.

Everything was great. The beds 🛌 are very comfortable. The bathrooms are new and very clean. The breakfast is really nice, delicious and good selection.The Staff are all very polite and helpful whether at reception or restaurant at breakfast. Newly renovated feels like a 5 star hotel.

No phone in room, no fridge in room , view from room normal not exceptional but brings a lot light in.
