Great location, hotel is above a small private food court.. and near historic area…with multiple attractions. Public transportation is near.. park across the street. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and convenient stores near by.

They only have one elevator that takes you to the rooms... the other elevator only takes you to the lobby-restaurant. Most important this hotel does not respect the amount stated on this site, I was charged more due to “dollar exchange” based on the day of check in. Which is nonsense.

Location was ideal! Easy to navigate around the historic center of the city, and centrally located to other interesting sites and museums around the city. Very easy to find a quick Uber ride from the hotel to anywhere in the greater CDMX area. Friendly staff.

The room was large, however the shower hot water wasn't always working, so had a few days of cold showers. Additionally, the heaters were very loud in the room. The room walls must have been thin as I was easily able to hear from the neighboring rooms.

The staff was excellent. From example, Antonio from the Front Desk at night, he help me with an important information about how I can extend my stay for one more day.

The lift. It's just one to use it to get to the room. Sometimes you have to wait between 3 or 4 minutes to get one. It is also an old elevator.

The staff were always nice and attentive and helpful. The hotel was very well located, and quite close to many attractions and the historic centre. The beds were also very comfortable, and the hotel didn’t seem to be crowded.

Sometimes at breakfast, it would take sometime for the staff to refill certain foods or drinks, but that was just a minor inconvenience. The room was very spacious and the beds quite comfortable, but the floor didn’t seem to be vacuumed very well.

I loved the location. It was in the middle of everything, restaurants, places of interest. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very convenient. The lobby Starbucks, a blessing.

The showers have no pressure, but we make do. We were pleased with everything else.

Good and safe location, we walked around even in dark and nobody bothered us (only asked for money which happens anyway) Comfortable and clean

The balcony door was swing door which fully doesnt close so all the street noise/music came inside at night

The staff was very servicial. I had a health episode and all the time the staff was there for help me with the necessary for make feel I had accompanied.

The Lift. The are very old and small. It was just one small elevator to go to the rooms and a lot time you have to make more that 3 or 4 minutes lines to use it.

The staff was incredible helpful! They offered us an early checked in, and also took care of our luggage after our check out for a couple of hours. The location is great and just across the street of the Alameda Central

Overall it was pretty good!

Yet another Mexican hotel that does NOT provide the facilities in its rooms that it describes but more to come on that later. The room was fine, it had a lovely view across the park and over the city from a huge window and balcony, it was clean and the staff courteous. The hotel is set above a shopping mall which makes no impact on the hotel. It’s close to an extremely pretty park and about a 20 minute walk to The Zocalo. There a several restaurants within a 15 minute walk in most directions. We didn’t try the bar or restaurant in the hotel. Wifi worked well and the bed was comfy. This could be seen as a positive or a negative. On a Saturday evening Avenida Juarez is closed to traffic and is opened to pedestrians/bikes/live music/food etc. The music stopped around 10.30. This might affect you if you need an early night.

I booked a Junior Suite, and paid the extra, because it said it included a fridge and microwave. It doesn’t have either. When my wife asked the question at reception she was told ‘oh no, none of our rooms have ever had these’. I have complained to Booking.Com. This hotel continues to supply water in tiny plastic bottles. There is no need as there is plenty of space in public areas to provide a central supply of water and provide jugs and glasses in rooms. When will hotels learn to stop being so wasteful.

Location. Facilities were clean and roomy. Food court downstairs was a plus. Quiet even though on busy street.

All was good. AC could have cooled a little better.
