it’s great ! I had read a few reviews on noise from street, a/c not working, housekeeping making noise. None of it was true. It’s a beautiful hotel and none of the above happened. The staff are really really polite and helpful (Camille and Amellia were great) which is very refreshing considering the rest of france if very rude. Would definitely return

the hotel is in the very center of Toulouse, so it is very good if you want to visit the beautiful town of Toulouse.

The carpet of the corridors was very dirty and worn. It should be changed. A tray with food stayed for hours in the corridor, until we told the staff to take it away.

-Gym is small and can be improved. -Noticed few areas in the room dusty on checking in. -Room and gym access cards need to be revalidated due to minor interference with electronic devices multiple times. -Variety of breakfast menu and can be improved.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, it’s a help you self style, much to eat if you arrive early, arrive later and limited options! A great pancake machine, fresh pancakes whilst you wait but limited fresh fruit.

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking space. Should be more clear about what parking lot you can use with discount, there are two “Indigo” parking lots and it is confusing. Should try to offer parking space discount on the nearest one to the hotel.

Clean and tidy Hotel centrally located in Toulouse. Great continental breakfast and friendly staff happy to serve you a latte or a cappuccino with your breakfast, relaxed and no rush. Rooms bijou, stylish, very clean and comfortable with a kettle for that early morning brew. I have stayed here before and I will again.

Power points in the bedroom - either side of the bed would've been good. Too many fussy lights but I do understand. The room itself is as I said bijou but it ticks the boxes

I had booked a superior double room: the rooms are very small. the ones I saw have a not very nice view: mine looked out onto the ramps of a parking lot. I asked for a change but they only had rooms facing the hall. even though during my stay it was not very hot I had to sleep with the air conditioning turned on because it was impossible to open the windows.
