The location and the view.

The cost for dinner at Friday was quite expensive , and not reflecting the quality of the food which was served .

Nice environment, design and amazing location. Its nice that is a small hote. Our room was incredible, big and beautiful with really cute balcony.

The services could be better for these prices. Dinner costs 250sk per person and it's not worth it, we could get much better food in some close restaurant. And unfortunately the massage was also not good. And the most disappoint was the pool’s toilet - I can't even explain how this place is not taken care of at all!

The suite was a wonder, big, spacious, a very comfortable bed, large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Very good breakfast with large variety dishes, salads and custom-made omelets. Dinner is exceptionally good, personnel are gracious and professional. Very nice and large outdoor swimming pool. The view is amazing.

Somehow, ALL the electric outlets were very very low on voltage. All of them. That meant it took a very very long time (actually, all night) to charge phones. Also, a note to management: the faucets are very very short. That means one has to wash hands over the marble countertop and not over the sink. It's uncomfortable for the guest but also expensive high maintenance for the management.....

The hotel is elegant and the location is beautiful surrounded by forest .We had a wonderful experience . We enjoyed our vacation . The food was ok many choices even during pessach . It was clear that the hotel cares about their client!

Was only disappointed by the fact that when I wanted to get room service and I had asked the desk they had told me to ask in the kitchen . When I asked if I could have breakfast delivered to our Beautiful upgraded room they said no it couldn't be done. Maybe because it was during pessach I'm not sure why. But the rest of the visit was great in every other way!

Good breakfast, coffee/tea/nuts and fruit/cookies were available in the lobby all day. Rooms were great, clean and comfortable, didn't use the facilities because of the weather (although I would have used the sauna if I hadn't needed to go outside the hotel to get there). Quiet and exclusive. pleasant staff.

Didn't like that we had to pay at the beginning of the stay rather than at the end. For the high price, it would have been nice to have our choice of coffee brought to us at breakfast table, rather than just offering us eggs of our choice. Tables at the dining hall could have been cleaner (presumably used before we came, but they were reset so why not cleaner?). Driveway to hotel was blocked by cars, which was annoying.

One of our favorite hotels! It's like a homestead in a coniferous forest on top of a hill. We love coming here in winter when the fireplace is lit in the lobby and you sit in a comfortable chair and look at the fire with a cup of tea or coffee. Large comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, a quality fitness room and an excellent spa. Cleanliness, comfort and excellent service.

The location and facilities were perfect. Highly recommended!

Before arriving, I informed the hotel that we were coming for a birthday celebration, expecting they might leave a compliment to a Birthday girl in our room, but they did not react at all (meaning no birthday card or whatsoever). We also ordered a bottle of wine and paid about 200 NIS, while in the supermarket this bottle barely costs 50 NIS =/ This caused a disappointment to some extent.

This specific hotel has its own magic… It’s built beautifully, has vintage vibe and the staff is amazing in any way possible. Liat, Sasi, all the staff is amazing..

The hotel atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious. The grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was good but not great. The pool was a little old. There was no bath in the bathroom.
