The location was great, staff friendly and very welcoming. The flat was clean and spacious.

We hoped the rooftop swimming pool will be a little bit deeper than it is. Also, basic things such as salt/pepper/cooking oil/tea/sugar etc would be greatly appreciated. We did buy all of those things and had to leave them in the apartment because we didn’t have any room in our bags.

The arrival was easy with a screen for check-in and a nice lady helping us through the procedure. The departure was also very flexible. The apartment was very nice, with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. We also had a big balcony with view on the alcazaba and with a hot tub. The building is well situated in the city center. We parked in an underground parking less than 10 min by foot from the apartment.

We booked for 5 people but the convertible sofa was not prepared for the 5th person, although we found bed sheets in the apartment and made the bed ourselves.

The girl at the rooftop bar spoke 0 English and didn’t seem to like her job very much … There were no ingredients for Mojito, Martini cocktails and no proper classes for pina colada ( they said that every proper class were broken). Would have been nice if the apartment would have basics like salt/pepper/oil for cooking. Shower leaks so that the whole toilet is soaked.

A great place to stay, far exceeded our expectations for the price! Apartment was spacious, very stylish and modern. The experience with a an electronic checkin was easy and quick. The rooftop bar was a great addition too, wonderful views of the city. The parking was convenient, only a couple minutes away.

Only a couple super minor things: the shower was overflowing a bit. And the rooftop pool is really more of an exterior detail rather than the actual place to swim. Nevertheless, this accommodation was still excellent!

Our stay was fantastic and definitely lived up to my expectations. My girlfriend and I planned a weekend getaway, and we loved having a private jacuzzi on the terrace. The apartment looked just like the pictures, and it was incredibly peaceful. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors or the street. Plus, the location was ideal, right in the city center with everything within walking distance. They even had a parking garage just 200 meters away. I highly recommend it!

Our room was brilliant - quality materials throughout, all very high standard. Fantastic shower, such a comfortable bed. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped, including (for a change!) decent cookware. Lots of little details that had been well-thought through made this place an absolute delight to stay in.

The only part of our stay that was a slight disappointment was not being able to take your own snacks/drinks onto the roof terrace. It's a beautiful space, fantastic view and very stylish, we loved sitting up there. But the rules said no drinks or food unless bought from the bar - which isn't always open. So that was a bit of a shame. Otherwise - all amazing!

The front desk staff are super friendly and very patient about our questions and help us to solve all the problems kindly and quickly. Thanks a lot for that. The location is perfect, in the center of the city, and easy to access lots of good restaurants. The rooftop bar is super chill with good vibe. You can see the overview of the city from the rooftop, and the fortress views. The room is big and clean, modern style. Cannot have so good experience like this. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment for its money. Logical and convenient check in, clean and tidy. A little weak pressure in the shower, but enough to wash. There is a washing machine. I recommend staying in this place.

When we arrived, we decided that we needed to stay in this town for one more day. We didn't want to check out and check in after 3 hours, so I asked to extend our rental, to which the owner said that everything was booked for tomorrow. I decided to check and saw that 6 rooms were available. This is a strange approach. In the end, we changed the hotel, but if it were not for the spitting attitude of support, the hotel can safely give 10 out of 10. PS. Coffee is not enough at least instant.

The hotel was very stylish and in a wonderful city location. We were able to park in their car park too which was a short walk away. Our penthouse apartment was amazingly big, clean and well equipped with a balcony overlooking the city. The pool area is fun too We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here!

Location, modern, spacious, good facilities, rooftop pool and the bus bar great.

I asked for a later checkout so 1pm instead of 11am. This was agreed prior to the stay. The problem was the key card (no staff) entry system was all cancelled at 11am. We had to ring for them to let us in the main door and then again when outside the room. We couldn't access the rooftop either. It was a nuisance. Everything else was perfect.
