Close to the hospital my mother was admitted to and it was clean and comfortable

From the time you book not very good communication on door lock code I was given two different door code which both worked for two different units not safe

The facility was new construction and I was the first to use my room. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for the reason why I came to Tampa. Good location for shopping and close to the freeway.

The facility do not have a sign out front with its name on it. Wasn't sure if I was at the right location. There's no front desk. I was able locate a cleaning worker who didn't speak english. It took over half hour to get someone there to speak with and get a room. The manager informed me that they do not have a front desk. The facility is run like a BNB. I was charged more for the room then what was advertised even after the manager and I spoke with priceline. Priceline informed management the price for the room should be $126, they charged $142.50. Never again. Also, no trash cans in the room, the television was hard to shut off, there isn't a night stand in the bedrooms, and no hangers in the closet. It is advertised as a hotel. It is more a like a motel, one level.

I liked the overall look of the unit. It was a nice place with updated appliance (the few it had). Free laundry facility on site

Owner communication was horrid, no cooking ware, no utensils, never received WiFi passcode, no Roku remote for tv, towels were wet upon arrival , no dish cloths or wash cloths, grass out back had not been cut in weeks, bed was broken. Myself and guess tried many means of contacting owner and property management. Would not recommend

The misleading information of location. They do not have a secure site to pay if you do not prepay from a booking site. When we got there we were asked to pay by cash app, Zelle, or i could give her number card info over the phone. None of those i was comfort with so I asked to cancel booking. They were nice and allowed me to cancel free of charge. But very misleading information, and it was hard to get in contact with the property. I have to calling booking.com for them to contact the property for me.

The beds were very comfortable and the ACs worked well.

The level of misleading info in this listing is absolutely insane. There were a total of 2 towels (both were wet), zero rags, zero extra sheets or blankets. Thankfully wal mart was nearby. In general the unit was clean except for below the surface. And the cost is $177 per night after taxes and fees. The pictures aren’t even close. Photo of crack in sofa below.

It was a horrible stay neighbors was arguing 4:am in the morning it was difficult to unlock the door to get into the unit every time I needed access WiFi wasn’t working majority of the time it was hard to get them to answer the phone after check in crack heads hanging around the units be careful it is not a place I would Recommend anyone
