The staff were incredible - all of them. They couldn’t be more helpful. Kids club (free) was fabulous - again, the staff made it! Rooms are modern, clean, good size… beds are very comfortable. Setting & hotel landscaping are gorgeous - clean lines & luxurious. Breakfast was the most glorious spread & even included bubbles! We stayed here for 5 nights & booked many trips (the driver who provides trip transport is also exceptional). Live music, beach bar, children’s entertainment…I highly, highly recommend this hotel.

I found the outdoor pools too cold to use, even the indoor one is a bit chilly. It’s the end of April (Autumn) hot days but cold nights. Also, because this is a brand new hotel, some areas are not yet complete. The spa, hot tub, sauna, massage area was not yet open (these facilities were our main reason for choosing the hotel) so we were very disappointed. I believe the spa is opening g soon though.

This is a newly opened hotel. The location is really good, making it easy to move to main spots. There is a good mall just next door. The facilities are incredible. Swimming pools, gym, tennis courts and more. Additionally, you can enjoy free parking, and very good internet. My room was spacious and comfortable, the shower really good.

I expect more in terms of room finishing since I got an upgrade Cold floor, simpe decoration. I guess the room could be more breathtaking. Since the hotel is a fresh one, some problems such as some leaking from the sink are still happening, but acceptable.

Nice decor, very clean, big bedroom, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, a great fitness room and a perfect location.

More information in English should be provided. I would have liked information on the bar, the pool table and the tennis courts. The reception staff were really nice but their English was very limited and the QR code lacked this information in English. We decided to have a meal in the restaurant that is attached to the hotel and we were very disappointed with our experience there. I felt the staff were very judgemental and hostile.

It's a new modern hotel so that feels very comfortable - nice pools and rooms. Also right next to a modern major shopping centre that has a good food court which is handy. It's a relaxing place to come back to after a daytrip to the Falls.

Service was very patchy - I don't think they had enough staff on to deal with the summer holidaying crowds - so dinner in the hotel restaurant once took over 70minutes to arrive, and another time they forgot about my sandwich order entirely. When i enquired about it the bar waitress didn't come back to tell me what had happend to the order, i had to follow up again.

The infrastructure overall was excellent, the room was very spacious and clean and the staff were absolutely marvelous, specially Marconi (restaurant manager), Janete e Alexandro (waiters).

The rooms are noisy probably because of lack of seals around the apartment doors and the inevitable noise by the ill-fitting doors. Such imperfections allowed light and noise from the corridor to enter the room. Furthermore, the corridors do not have sound absorbing decorations. Ask for an apartment without interconnecting doors.

All staff members were always helpful! Facilities wise, pool and gym are pretty good. I loved the comfortable bed so much There are a few kids friendly areas/rooms so if you travel with children, they’d love it!

Breakfast could be better compared with other Hilton hotels. Cold ones are ok but many of warm dishes weren’t warm enough. And amenities provided were very minimum

The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was good, although no vegetables. Staff were polite and helpful. English speakers are a bit rare in Brazil so it should be taken into account.

The pool was a bit dirty, although the staff cleans it, since there were leaves and bugs landing.

it's a brand new hotel with a very good rate, the breakfast was included and it had a very good variety of food. The room was very spacious and calm. The staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel

The isolation between rooms is very bad...if your neighbor speaks you can hear everything...even in the hall...you hear everything
