Beautiful ambiance, love the tub/shower and the artwork. Bed was extremely comfortable, check-in/out was easy.

The sheets were very scented and as a scent sensitive person I wish a place for travellers would use unscented products. I also wish there was a little bit more of an explanation of the tub/shower/lights situation. Also the blue light front the usb was so bright it was blinding when I was trying to sleep. I ended up having to stuff things in that area just to cover it enough to sleep.

Decor. Overall comfy vibe feeling like an actual home (saying this in a good way!) Appreciated the full access to the kitchen as well as the fridge in the room. Overall cleanliness. Comfy bedding. Work station in the room. Convenient lighting. Also appreciated those complimentary snacks!

Keypad instruction (both front door and room) was somewhat confusing but it's probably because I'm not tech savvy. There were a couple of fruit flies (I think) in the room which is understandable given the warm weather. Towels in the closet had somewhat distinct smell but I tend to be the sensitive one. So overall I wanna say that the place is well maintained and clean. We couldn't figure out how to get the ice. The only other thing to mention is the multiple repetiting messages we got from booking.com that made it hard to miss but also felt too much.

Location was good for us as it was in close proximity to our daughter's place. Very quiet, hardly saw anyone else staying there. We did not use the kitchen facilities, but might next time now we know what is there to use. Fridge in room was a bonus. Keyless entries made it so we were not having to carry keys with us.

There were times we thought someone was using the washroom, when it was vacant with door almost closed and light on. Checkin and checkout online was simple once we, not particularly computer literate, figured it out. It was daunting to start, but after doing it once, it was simpler.

Facilities are top notch! The kitchen has everything you’d need or want - it was so complete on thought we were accidentally in the homeowner’s personal kitchen. Bed was very comfortable, parking is residential and free and they seem to have thought of everything.

You are in a a true Air BnB style accommodation so you will have other guests next to you, sharing the facilities and could create a bit of noise. Showering at odd times etc. Nothing we couldn’t handle but it’s good to be aware. I would say you’d need a vehicle - it’s near a main bus route but this is very very residential. Perfect for us, we just needed a quiet, comfortable place to sleep after a night in the city for a concert.

The property was super clean, and responses to my questions via text were extremely prompt. Felt very homely in a good way. Lots of thoughtful touches. Heated floor in bathroom was a luxury. Felt very safe and secure leaving my gear in my room.

I would have liked a bed lamp. The last two nights my sleep was quite disturbed by the other guests. One couple were talking in their room till 2.00am which I could hear clearly in my room. I ended up knocking on their door to ask them to stop at 2am. The next night the two girls were up quite late talking in the living area, which again I could easily hear from my room. In not sure what more you can do to mitigate that but it was annoying.

It's a beautifully decorated property with so many interesting features, a delight to walk through and take time to sit and relax in the light and colour. I took so many pictures which I'll be sharing on social and have already recommended the property to many friends. The freely available coffee, teas, biscuits, spices and oil make for such an easy way to settle in and the soaps, shampoos towels etc are a luxurious bonus. The staff are very friendly and so attentive.

There was an issue with the heating in the room and I think a fridge freezer is overkill when there's a large shared fridge freezer in the kitchen. The room one was annoying as it is a little noisy switching off and on during the night.

Amazing house with a clean room, guests were given coffee and cookies, shampoo, shower gel and even hair conditioner. House support were extremely responsive via Booking and answered all questions I had. I was also allowed to leave my luggage there for the last day since I had a late flight. Location is great, safe and peaceful, easy to get to downtown within 40-50min.

The rooms where really good, beds comfy and clean. Great kitchen with everything to prepare ur own meals. We never met the host but comms where going very well via chat. Checkin process was well explained and all the codes worked to get in and out. Charlo was super supportive with the blocked toilet and fixed immediately while we were downtown.

Place is a bit remote. We booked months in advance and since Vancouver akkomodation prices have gone crazy, this was the best deal we got, but expect to commute 45 minute by public transport to the interesting areas. Hence the rating is not top. Host did his best and room was fine, but for this price its too far away from the center.
