We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Especially Marco who helped us with almost everything enthusiastically; from booking tours to recommendations. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily. Bathroom has all basic needs provided for as well.

Unfortunately a good location does mean noise. It's also possible to hear your neighbours, especially if they are "passionate". Tea and coffee are free, but you are required to go to the reception to get it. Which was no big fuss, but we are used to having it in the rooms.

Our host Marco was very friendly and helpful, provided a lot of information and suggestions. The hotel is clean and well designed, the bathroom was good and the bed comfortable. It is a short walking distance to the train station, and convenient for the old town and central areas of Napoli.

The shower drain was rather slow and needed unblocking, but this was a minor irritation. The area around is very busy so noise can be an issue if the window is open.

The place is in the city center of napoli , the place is clean and the room is big, the staff was great and gave us so many good information, the breakfast was good as well .

The neighbourhood was a bit rough with homeless people, i would not recommend wondering around late night

Well, in Naples it goes like this: either you spend a lot of money on a fancy hotel or you take a bed and breakfast, where the price is good. In the latter genre this place is really good. Atmosphere, room, breakfast (better than in some Italian hotels)...

Well, I don't mind, but if the visitor has a very much Northern or Central European bourgeois sensitivity, the area around the hotel was a bit shady... But its only 200-300 meters, and the normal (a bit shady too) Naples starts.

I highly value the attention of the staff and in this case Marco was a 7. At all times he was concerned about our well-being. The hotel was an oasis of tranquility from the chaos of Naples. I totally recommend it.

I just didn't give it a 10 because the night sector is a bit complicated, near the station, but everything else is perfect

Marco was excellent host and he gave us great tips for restaurants and helped us with everything. Air condition worked well and beds were good.

You can hear noises and traffic from the streets. Neighborhood is not the nicest in Naples.

Very close to the main rail station and just a short ride from the airport, it is nice and central. Contact was quick and friendly via WhatsApp. There were also a number of trips that were recommended by the hotel, but as I was there for work purposes, I did not have time to go on any of those.

Well staffed hotel. TV was a modern smart TV which was fun to use, could watch YouTube videos from my phone on it. Can turn off the main light from the bed. Small balcony provides good entertainment of watching the chaotic Italian traffic outside. Breakfast was decent and staff will make coffee for you.

Bed was just two singles pushed together, but that is trivial.

Really friendly and helpful staff, simple hotel, easy to get around everywhere. Keyless which was great for us.

Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and available. The communication was excellent. They spoke English. And they had an elevator too. And a tiny balcony. Clean. Good location.

In shower, no place to put soap, shampoo, so we had to put it on floor! On our last morning there, the shower had NO hot water.
