The most important is the location of the hotel, less than 5 minutes away from all the main routes, bus and tram stops. The rooms are new and clean.

The breakfast was poor, especially if you stay for longer than 1 night. I'd suggest having fewer dishes but more tasty. The coffee was especially bad. Also, there was just too much noise from the neighboring rooms and the street is very noisy too.

However, what truly set this hotel apart was the staff, especially Ozge from reception and the rest of the team. From the moment I checked in, their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel instantly at ease. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whether I needed recommendations for nearby attractions, assistance with transportation, or any other queries, they were always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Their commitment to excellent customer service truly exceeded my expectations and made my stay even more memorable. In conclusion, my experience at this new hotel booked through Booking.com was outstanding. The ideal location, the spotless premises, and, most importantly, the exceptional staff made my stay truly remarkable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free accommodation experience.

The room size and decor was very nice. Clean sheets and towels and nice staff. The iron was also given when we asked and location is good as close to metro and old town. Beach and malls close by as well. Definitely will come back here again 😊👍

The breakfast was the only thing that could improve, when we asked to make omelette they said they would charge it , not everyone eats boiled eggs and there were no meats, sausage at all. The butter was Melted, not good cereal options. Plz improve.

Good location- short walk into the old city. Great breakfast with lots of selection. Tea and coffee making in room and water provided daily. Beds were comfortable. Nice pool area with sun loungers.

No top sheets on bed- just a scratchy blanket. Large mould patch in the corner of the room.

This is our third time staying in this hotel as always ,rooms was good and clean. coffee and tea other drinks in fridge, safe in room, room service ,friendly staff good breakfast

breakfast was good apart from the last time i stayed you didn't have to pay extra if you wanted them to cook you something else ie omelette ,ect we experienced some noise from dogs barking early hours of the morning

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom shower spacious and powerful. Staff very helpful. Nice if you like Turkish breakfast items. Hotel well positioned. Nice touch for coffee facilities and water in the room. Room was cleaned well daily. Good value so yes I would stay again.

You have to remember the location of the hotel is central to a busy crossroad so expect road noise. I wish there was a little continental addition to breakfast ie, toast with jams but not detrimental just a personal favourite option. Maybe still a bit of tidying up to do, but it is a fairly new hotel being established. Work in progress.

newly built hotel, in which I immediately felt at home. all the staff is very nice and friendly, and they help you with any transfers if you need. in front of the hotel there is a very convenient cafeteria. If you want to have lunch or request some lunch in your room, the prices are very convenient

-breakfast could be more varied. -we went to the pool a couple of times, the pool is small but very nice and there are enough sunbeds and umbrellas. unfortunately it is adjacent to the washing machine room so this disturbed our rest. but everything else is ok

The price is affordable. I stayed in the standard room with shared bathroom for 3 nights it cost 100 dollars. Its near the tram station so from the airport you can use the tram. Walking distance to old town, hadrian gate and okd marina. Theres lot of restau around the place

The room is not sound proof I can hear the sound in the other room but its not bothering me

The rooms are clean and very well-equipped for the price. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There is a very nice food spot just out front (not connected to the hotel). Good location, but most attractions are still a short taxi ride away (we paid on average 3-4 Euros each time). The spa was very good, the Turkish bath and massage deal they have is very fairly priced and the service is excellent.

The breakfast was below average which isn’t expected when the rest of the hotel and its services are so good. Also, the WiFi in certain parts of the room I stayed in was really bad, although the other room our party was in had no complaints at all.

Comfortable room. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Great location near a tram stop. A lot of shops/food nearby, not in the touristy area. Easily walkable to Hadrian's gate. Onur/Omur (?) At reception Is friendly and helpful with parking. I would definitely stay here again and not think twice about it.

Parking is tight but doable.
