When we first arrived Wall-E at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Every person on the staff that we met was very friendly and attentive. The price of our stay was very reasonable.

The aerator for the sink in the bathroom was a shower type which caused water to splatter against the sink and onto the floor slightly. The manager wrote down my small complaint in order to have the small problem fixed.

I have stayed here quite a few times, the location is very convenient for me. It's usually pretty well kept and clean

Need security outside at night, I was pretty concerned for my safety one night, a bunch just hanging around door at East end of building, and a homeless guy followed me in. I notified front desk. Also looked like pimp and his girl trolling the parking lot. WHY no ice machine on property ?? Need closed caption on TV Need yogurt and fruit cups at breakfast

The room was clean and tidy. The room was a good size for a short stay. The hotel was very quiet without the usual hallway and room to room noise that can disrupt a stay. The bathroom had a comfort height toilet. This area of town is within a short distance to multiple restaurants.

The air conditioner did not provide consistent room temperature. The bathroom would have benefited from more space. There should be more racks / luggage holder for use.

Our softball team lost in the tournament earlier than we expected. We had planned to stay another day, but we were anxious to get back home after the loss. The manager gave us a refund for that day we did not stay. I thought that was very nice of him, and we promised to be back again soon.

Very friendly staff. Great value. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. Clean.

Really no breakfast to speak of... Only coffee, no juices or milk. No fruit. Just chemically-filled cheap muffins and nutri-bars. But we didn't select the place for breakfast.

I liked the fact that the manager was diligent about keeping me informed on my room status. They were overbooked on my type of room and she moved heaven and earth to accommodate and then compensate.

partially my fault because I did not realize there were no ice machines, my daughter and I were in town for a volleyball tournament. the roll away bed was very uncomfortable. So I didn’t get any sleep the first night.

Not having a coffee pot in the room. You had to ask for one. No ice. But you had to ask for ice trays to make your own ice.

Staff had to turn off the automatic sensor for the air-conditioning because it was super hot when we got there. She explained that a new thermostat was put in that is motion detected so the air conditioner doesn’t go on until you walk past it. Somewhat a concern when you’re sleeping? Overall great location good value.

Easy to find, there is another extended stay located right next to it but staff was very kind and directed us to the correct hotel.

Everything was perfect, no complaints.
