This is our 2nd time we stay here.. i love their environment. Calm and Fresh.

Got alot of monkey, they poop on the swimming pool floor.. and menagment just take their poop using tissue but did not clean it using soap..

Staff were all friendly and the room was adequate. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast which was included was tasty and quantity was enough. Air conditioning was great and size of room was quite big. Got lots of smiles and gelp from reception to hail taxis or answer requests. Loved the free coffee sachets and bottled water which was complimentary.

Not enough hangers and pool towels. No hand towels or tissues provided in the rooms Was a bit dissapointed that hotel was not sitting on the beach although it was just a 5 minute walk away. One of the two rooms didn't have a safe.

The location is strategic, walking distance to beach, to food stall, restaurant etc. Majority of hotel staff is so friendly and very helpful. I loooveeee their breakfast, supergood! The best thing is, they allowed us to bring back breakfast meal to our room which is so much convenience for a family with kids. The pool is nice, the ambience is nice.

The cleanliness of the bathroom. Just need to improve a bit. The room light in Family Room also i think need to add more because feels so gloomy inside the room 😅. Small comment for the indian receptionist, maybe she can smile more like any other staff.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is good. Food stalls and duty free store.

The toilet WC bowl leaked after flushing.

Our fridge smelled bad. They came in to clean it but it was not great. Someone had kept durian in it!

Nice soft bed very spacious room Good cooked breakfast Friendly staff. Spacious grounds with a nice view of the swimming pool. Quiet at night Good location for minimarket and duty free 5 minute walk to Daddy's cafe , great food and the only place that serves cocktails on the island

Monkeys prowling around not frightened of people can be intimidating Green algae along waterline in swimming pool. Electrical wires running into top of shower need to be fully insulated together Shallow drain hole in ground at foot of stairs needs to be covered or could cause an accident if someone twists an ankle

Location was perfect - a lot of food stalls within walking distance, near the teluk nipah beach where we could watch the fire performance and start point for our snorkelling. Theres a hornbill feeding place nearby as well. Staff were friendly - recommended us places to go and accommodating throughout the stay. They allowed us to check in early so we could put our bags before sightseeing around the island.

On our second and third day of stay, the water pressure was low.

We like the room & the closeness to the beach & shops. Customer can easily go to beach in front of the hotel. And can get variety of shops for dinner. Another good things is, customer can easily enjoyed sunset from the beach. Satisfied with the breakfast. Cust also can enjoy the breakfast from nearby outlet. The room is good. Satisfied with but need a few enhancement in the future.

For the room (111), please take noted on 1. The sink are leaking. Please fixes that. 2. Please put more dustbin. In the toilet also required 1. Big room but only have 1 dustbin. 3. Please put extra tissue paper in the rooms. 4. Do take noted on the towel. Understand it's using dryer but the smell off it is a bt overwhelming. & the quality of it. We received a torn towel on the edge. Not a good appearance or experience to the customer. 5. The aircond, takes time too have a cool air. 6. Please think to add more power plug. We found only 3 power plug. Some might need to used for work also. a bit hassle to work closed to power plug. 7. The wifi is too weak. Do check if you can add more wifi extension for each block or add it using mesh wifi. Do contact TM for this package.
